Rudolf Eric Koertzen is a former international cricket umpire. Koertzen was born in Knysna in the Western Cape, South Africa. A cricket enthusiast since his youth, he played league cricket while working as a clerk for South African Railways. He became an umpire in 1981.
Aleem Dar is a Pakistani cricket umpire and former cricketer. He is a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires. He won the David Shepherd Trophy three years in a row from 2009 to 2011, after being nominated twice in 2005 and 2006. Aleem Dar, Marais Erasmus, Richard Kettleborough, Kumar Dharmasena and Simon Taufel were the only umpires to have received the award from its inception until 2017. Before becoming an umpire, he played first-class cricket as a right-handed batsman and a leg-break bowler for Allied Bank, Gujranwala, Lahore and Pakistan Railways.
Darrell Bruce Hair is an Australian former Test match cricket umpire, from New South Wales. He stood on the International panel of umpires from 2002 to 2003, before he, along with fellow Australian Simon Taufel, and New Zealander Billy Bowden, was appointed to the ICC Elite umpire panel. After an ICC board meeting discussed his actions in a Test match between Pakistan and England in 2006 it was decided he should not umpire matches involving the Test playing nations. He was restored to the Elite Panel by the ICC on 12 March 2008 and stood in the England v New Zealand Tests at Old Trafford in May and Trent Bridge in June 2008.
Christopher Blair Gaffaney is a former New Zealand cricketer who played for the Otago Volts. A right-handed batsman, he played in 83 First-Class matches and 113 List-A matches. At present he serves as an international cricket umpire. Gaffaney is currently a member of the ICC Elite umpire panel and officiates in Tests, ODIs and T20Is.
Rodney James Tucker is an Australian cricket umpire, member of the ICC Elite Umpire Panel and officiates in international Tests, ODIs and T20Is. He was a cricketer who played briefly for New South Wales from 1985/86 to 1987/88, before moving to Tasmania where he played from 1987/88 to 1998/99. He was also vice-captain of Tasmania from 1991/92 until 1995/96. He briefly played as Captain/Coach for the Canberra Comets in the 1999/2000 season before retiring from cricket as a player.
Karumanaseri Narayanaiyer Ananthapadmanabhan is an Indian former first-class cricketer from the state of Kerala. He played for the India "A" national team in international cricket and for South Zone and Kerala in Indian domestic cricket. He is the former captain of Kerala state Ranji trophy team. He now serves as an umpire at the first-class level and officiates in all the major domestic cricket tournaments in India, including the Ranji Trophy and Indian Premier League. In August 2020, Ananthapadmanabhan was promoted to the International Panel of ICC Umpires.
Richard Allan Kettleborough is an English international cricket umpire, and former first-class cricketer who appeared in 33 first-class matches for Yorkshire and Middlesex. He was a left-handed top order batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler. He attended Worksop College and was a member of the College cricket XI for a number of years.
Suzanne Redfern is an English cricket umpire and former player. She played for the England women's team between 1995 and 1999, including at the 1997 World Cup.
Marais Erasmus is a South African former first-class cricketer who is currently serving as an international cricket umpire. He is a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires and stands in matches of all three formats of international cricket – Test matches, One Day Internationals (ODIs), and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
Nitin Narendra Menon is an Indian cricketer and umpire. He was a right-handed batsman, representing Madhya Pradesh in List A cricket. He is now an umpire and has stood in matches in the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy and the Sheffield Shield in Australia. In June 2020, he was promoted to the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires, replacing Nigel Llong. His father Narendra Menon was also an umpire.
Trevor Henry was an Irish cricket umpire. Henry first officiated a match of note in 1999 when Ireland played the South Africa Academy cricket team in a first-class fixture. Henry later stood in four first-class fixtures spread over the 2004 and 2005 Intercontinental Cup's, officiating in his final first-class fixture when Canada played the Cayman Islands. In the 2005 ICC Trophy, Henry stood in 15 matches during the tournament. He officiated in his first List A match, which was between Cambridgeshire and the Warwickshire Cricket Board in the 2nd round of the 2002 Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy which was played in 2001. He later stood in 8 further List A matches between 2002 and 2005. Henry's final List A match officiating as an on-field umpire came in the 2005 ICC Trophy when he stood in a match between Oman and the United States.
Niels Gunnar Bagh is a Danish cricket umpire who serves on the ICC Associate and Affiliate International Umpires panel. Bagh first officiated a match of note in 2001 when Staffordshire played the Worcestershire Cricket Board in a List A match in the Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy. Four years later, Bagh stood in his first first-class fixture, which was between the Netherlands and Scotland in the 2005 Intercontinental Cup. From 2005 to 2010, Bagh has stood in 12 further Intercontinental Cup matches.

Christopher Mark Brown, more commonly known as Chris Brown, is a former Cook Islands cricketer, who previously played representative cricket for Auckland at New Zealand domestic level. Born in Rarotonga, Brown's early cricket was played for Auckland under-age teams, and he went on to represent the New Zealand national under-19s in several matches as a right-arm fast bowler. Making his first-class debut during the 1993–94 season of the Shell Trophy, he took ten wickets in his debut match, and represented the New Zealand Cricket Academy twice later in the season.
Andrew Wynand Louw is a Namibian cricket umpire who sits on the ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel. He made his first-class umpiring debut in 2006, and he regularly umpires in International Cricket Council (ICC) tournaments and other competitions in which the Namibian national side participates.

She became the first female umpire to stand in the domestic 50-over competition in the West Indies, when she was one of the on-field umpires in the match between Trinidad & Tobago and ICC Americas in the 2015–16 Regional Super50 tournament.

In October 2018, he was one of the umpires who officiated in matches in the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament in Oman. In April 2018, he was appointed to the Development Panel of ICC Umpires.
