Pamella Adhiambo Owino (born 26 September 2001) is a Kenyan volleyball player who plays opposite spiker for Kenya Pipeline. [1] She was selected to play for the Kenya women's national volleyball team, at the 2024 Summer Olympics. [2] [3]

Career

She won a bronze medal at the 2023 African Games. [4] She competed at the 2024 Africa Women's Volleyball Club Championships, [5] and 2024 FIVB Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup. [6] [7] [8] [9]

She was selected for the 2020 Summer Olympics. The Kenya national team set off for the Olympics in Tokyo in three batches to try and minimise the chances of being effected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Their opening match will be on 25 July in Tokyo against Japan.

Yvonne Wavinga is a Kenyan volleyball player who plays for Kenya Prisons. She has played for Kenya's U23's and helped qualify Kenya women's national volleyball team for the beach volleyball tournament at the postponed 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, having never participated previously.
