Gallo earned a degree in Organizational Development from Bocconi University in Milan. [4] He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) in the United Kingdom and a certified transformational coach from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. [5]
In 1995, Gallo began his career at Citigroup, where he worked in Milan, London, and New York, gaining experience in finance and human resources. [6]
In 2003, he joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as director of human resources in London, overseeing HR policies and organizational development. [7]
