The Park Center (or Park Theater) is a regional performing arts center in Hayward, Wisconsin, offering a variety of musical and artistic performances. [1] [2] The theatre is operated under the direction of the Cable Hayward Area Arts Council (CHARAC), a Nonprofit organization formed in 1996 to bring together the art, artists and supporters of art in the area. [3]
The theater was built in 1948, in what was known as Whitten Park. The first movie shown at the Park was Romance on the High Seas. The architecture and decor is decorative modernism. [4] The Park Center has always been a movie theater, but was reorganized as a performing arts center in 2007.
The theatre has a digital audio board, with live recording capabilities.[ citation needed ]
Some of the notable artists to perform at the Park include Randy Sabien, Charlie Parr and Michael Gulezian. [5]

The University of Texas Performing Arts Center (PAC) is a collective of five theaters operated by The University of Texas at Austin, College of Fine Arts. The theaters are the Bass Concert Hall, McCullough Theater, Bates Recital Hall, B. Iden Payne Theater and Oscar Brockett Theater. Theaters range in size from the Oscar G. Brockett Theater, which has 244 seats, to the Bass Concert Hall, which seats 2,900. The Bama Theatre is a historic theatre in Tuscaloosa, Alabama that currently serves as the city's performing arts center. Its modern redevelopment is the result of cooperation between the Arts Council of Tuscaloosa and the Tuscaloosa County Parks and Recreation Authority. The three-story brick and limestone building is located at the corner of Gary Fitts Street and Greensboro Avenue in downtown Tuscaloosa. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on August 30, 1984. It is also a contributing building in the Downtown Tuscaloosa Historic District, NRHP-listed in 1985.
The Atlas Performing Arts Center is a multiple space performing arts facility located on H Street in the Near Northeast neighborhood of Washington, DC. Housed in a renovated Art Deco movie house, the facility is home to several arts organizations.
