Party of Croatian Right (Croatian : Stranka hrvatskog prava or SHP) is a conservative right-wing political party in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Complaining about disunity and "abandonment of the original rights idea by many other existing rights parties", members of Party of Croatian Right, "who want to be loyal to the original rights teachings and goal", founded on 19 December 2004 a new political party in Livno. Ante Matić became the first president of the party.

Party states that they are national Croatian party that serves the interests of Croatian people and their actual spiritual and economic prosperity. Their goal is also to promote teachings of Ante Starčević and Eugen Kvaternik, founders of the original Party of Rights, social teachings of brothers Antun and Stjepan Radić, and also teaching of other historical national leaders of Croatian people whose actions were founded on teachings of Ante Starčević and also accepting of the newest technological achievements that will truly serve to whole humanity and especially to Croats on all of their historical territory.

Mile Starčević was a Croatian politician and a lawyer born in the village of Veliki Žitnik near Gospić. He was an elected member of the Sabor of the Kingdom of Croatia-Slavonia in 1892–1917 as a member of the Party of Rights. After 1894, Starčević advocated solving the Croatian question within the framework of trialism in Austria-Hungary. Following a political clash within the Party of Rights, Starčević left the party to form the Pure Party of Rights. After a conflict with Frank, in 1908 Starčević formed a new political party known as the Mile Starčević faction of the Party of Rights whose adherents were referred to as the "Milinovci" in reference to Starčević. In 1912, his party abandoned trialism and became allied with the Croat-Serb Coalition led by Frano Supilo and Svetozar Pribičević. During World War I, Starčević left politics. He died in Zagreb.

The Croatian state right is a legal concept in Croatian law representing the entirety of written and customary rules on the establishment and functioning of public authorities in Croatia. It also refers to the legal status of Croatia as an independent polity or within the framework of various states Croatia was a part of through the history. Application of the doctrine of the Croatian state right in practice is pointed out as the evidence of continuous statehood of Croatia since the medieval Kingdom of Croatia. The Croatian state right as a source of sovereignty is listed in the preamble of the modern Constitution of Croatia.
