Pascal Triebel (born 9 June 1966 in Luxembourg City) is a Luxembourgish cyclist. [1]
Luxembourg, also known as Luxembourg City, is the capital city of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the country's most populous commune. Standing at the confluence of the Alzette and Pétrusse rivers in southern Luxembourg, the city lies at the heart of Western Europe, situated 213 km (132 mi) by road from Brussels, 372 km (231 mi) from Paris, and 209 km (130 mi) from Cologne. The city contains Luxembourg Castle, established by the Franks in the Early Middle Ages, around which a settlement developed.
Pascal Richard is a French-speaking Swiss former racing cyclist. He is most notable as a former King of the Mountains winner at the Giro d'Italia and Olympic Games gold medalist. He was the Swiss National Road Race champion in 1989 and 1993.
John Gadret is a French former professional racing cyclist in cyclo-cross and road racing, currently racing for the USO Bruay-la-Buissière amateur team. He became a stagiaire for Cofidis in 2003 before turning professional with the Vlaanderen–T Interim team in 2004.
Maryline Salvetat is a French cyclist born in Castres. She participates in road cycling as well as in cyclo-cross and mountain biking. In 2002, 2004 and 2005 she became French national champion in cyclo-cross. In 2004, she also won the silver medal at the cyclo-cross European and World Championships.
Birgit Hollmann is a German racing cyclist born in Berlin. She participates in both road cycling and cyclo-cross. In 2003, she became German national champion in cyclo-cross.
Adri van der Poel is a retired Dutch cyclist. Van der Poel was a professional from 1981 to 2000. His biggest wins included six classics, two stages of the Tour de France and the World Cyclo-Cross Championships in 1996. He also obtained the second place and silver medal in the World Road Championships in 1983 behind Greg LeMond and five second places in the World Cylo-Cross championships. The Grand Prix Adri van der Poel is named after him.
Marc Madiot is a French former professional road racing cyclist and double winner of Paris–Roubaix. He also competed in the individual road race event at the 1980 Summer Olympics. Retired from racing in 1994, he is now best known as the directeur sportif of Groupama–FDJ, a UCI WorldTeam. He is also known as the president of the French Ligue National de Cyclisme (LNC).
Zdeněk Štybar is a Czech professional cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Deceuninck–Quick-Step. While best known as a cyclo-cross racer, in 2011 Štybar began his professional road career while continuing to race cyclo-cross.

Pauline Ferrand-Prévot is a French multi-discipline bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team Canyon–SRAM, in road, cyclo-cross and cross-country mountain biking. During the 2015 season, aged just 23, she became the first person ever – in the history of cycling – to simultaneously hold the World road title, World cyclo-cross title and World mountain bike title.
Christine Majerus is a Luxembourgian professional road and cyclo-cross cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team Boels–Dolmans. She won the 2013 Sparkassen Giro one-day road race.
Alexis Vuillermoz is a French road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam AG2R La Mondiale.
Thalita de Jong is a Dutch racing cyclist. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's team time trial in Florence. She won gold at the 2016 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Zolder, Belgium. After five years with Rabo–Liv, in August 2016 Lares–Waowdeals announced that de Jong would join them for the 2017 season, leading the team on the road and in cyclo-cross. She is the older sister of fellow professional cyclist, Demi de Jong. De Jong's suffered a 2017 cyclocross season ending injury, falling at the Hoogerheide World Cup. Medical issues plagued her 2017 road season, by the end of the year, de Jong signed with the former Sport Vlaanderen–Guill D'or as it became an international team in 2018.
