Patricia Fanlo Mateo (born 24 May 1978) is a Navarrese politician,who has served as Minister of University,Innovation and Digital Transformation of Navarre since December 2023. [1]
Navarre,officially the Chartered Community of Navarre,is a landlocked foral autonomous community and province in northern Spain,bordering the Basque Autonomous Community,La Rioja,and Aragon in Spain and New Aquitaine in France.
