The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) is a college athletic conference affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division II level. The conference was originally formed in 1951 as the State Teachers Conference, and was temporarily named the Pennsylvania State Teachers College Conference in 1956 before being assuming its current name in 1964.
Timm Lane Rosenbach is an American college football coach and former professional gridiron football player. He is the co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach for California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, a position he has held since 2024. Rosenbach was the head football coach at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado, taking the position at the Division II school in December 2014 and remaining there until he resigned in December 2017 to become the offensive coordinator at Montana. He played from 1989 until 1995 in the National Football League (NFL) and the Canadian Football League (CFL). Rosenbach attended Washington State University and was selected in the first round of the 1989 NFL supplemental draft.
Edward James Orgeron Jr. is a former American football coach. He was most recently the head football coach at Louisiana State University (LSU), a position he held from midway through the 2016 season until the 2021 season. Orgeron previously served as the head football coach at the University of Mississippi from 2005 to 2007 and was the interim head coach at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2013. He led the 2019 LSU Tigers football team to a national championship, beating the defending champions Clemson in the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship.

Arthur Gustav Malzahn III is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach at the University of Central Florida (UCF). He was the head football coach at Auburn University from 2013 to 2020. He helped lead the 2010 Auburn Tigers to a national championship. As head coach at Auburn, he led the team to a SEC Championship win and an appearance in the 2014 national championship. Malzahn has coached Heisman winner Cam Newton and two Heisman finalists: Nick Marshall and Tre Mason, including coaching 14 All-Americans. During Malzahn's tenure at Auburn, he was the second-longest tenured head coach at one school in the SEC, behind Nick Saban. Out of active head coaches, Malzahn also holds the best record against Coach Saban.
William James O'Brien, nicknamed "the Teapot", is an American football coach who is currently the head coach at Boston College. Previously, he was the head coach of the Houston Texans from 2014 to 2020, and at Penn State from 2012 to 2013. Prior to Boston College, O'Brien was the offensive coordinator at the University of Alabama and for the New England Patriots. After the Patriots parted ways with longtime head coach Bill Belichick at the end of the 2023 season, O'Brien was not retained by the team.
Kenneth Va'a Niumatalolo is an American college football coach and former player who is the head coach of San Jose State. He was the head coach of the Naval Academy from 2007 to 2022, accumulating the most wins in program history. Niumatalolo played college football at the University of Hawaii. As a quarterback he led Hawaii to their first postseason bowl game in 1989. Niumatalolo is the second person of Polynesian descent to be named head coach of an NCAA Division I FBS college football program and the first ethnic Samoan collegiate head coach on any level. Niumatalolo was inducted into the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame on January 23, 2014.
Timothy Joseph Landis is an American college football coach. He is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, positions he has held since 2024. Previously, Landis was the head coach for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute football team. He was also formerly the offensive coordinator for the San Jose State Spartans football team and the head football coach for Bucknell University. He compiled a 23–33 record at Bucknell since 2003 and a 76–85–1 record overall. Prior to arriving at Bucknell, Landis served as head football coach at Davidson and St. Mary's.
Dave Schramm is an American college football coach and former player. He is the offensive coordinator for the University of Mary, a position he has held since 2023. As a student-athlete, Schramm played quarterback for three colleges: Cornell College, Grossmont College, and Adams State College.
Bryan Dale Harsin is an American football coach who was most recently the head coach for the Auburn Tigers. Prior to coaching at Auburn, he coached the Boise State University Broncos from the 2014 season through the 2020 season where he posted a 69–19 overall record. He began his head coaching career at Arkansas State University for the 2013 season. Harsin was the co-offensive coordinator at the University of Texas for two seasons. Before leaving for Texas in 2011, Harsin was an assistant at Boise State for 10 seasons, the last five as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
Al Holcomb is an American football coach who is the linebackers coach for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the interim defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers and as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Browns, Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants.
Mike Nesbitt is an American college football coach and former player. He is the head football coach for Ottawa University in Surprise, Arizona, a position he has held since 2018. He served as the head football coach at West Texas A&M University from 2013 to 2016, compiling a record of 25–17. Nesbitt was the offensive coordinator for the Houston Cougars football team at the University of Houston at the start of the 2012 college football season. He previously served as the offensive coordinator at Stephen F. Austin State University, West Texas A&M, and Blinn College. His 2006 Blinn team won the NJCAA national championship, and his 2010 West Texas A&M team ranked second in the nation with an average of 529 yards per game in total offense.

Brandon Streeter is an American football coach and former player who is an offensive analyst at the University of Georgia. He previously served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Clemson University. He had previously served as an assistant coach at the University of Richmond, Liberty University and Charleston Southern University.
