The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) is a college athletic conference affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division II level. The conference was originally formed in 1951 as the State Teachers Conference, and was temporarily named the Pennsylvania State Teachers College Conference in 1956 before being assuming its current name in 1964.

He was most recently the head football coach at Louisiana State University (LSU), a position he held from midway through the 2016 season until the 2021 season. Arthur Gustavo Malzahn III is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach at the University of Central Florida (UCF). He was the head football coach at Auburn University from 2013 to 2020. He helped lead the 2010 Auburn Tigers to a National Championship. As head coach at Auburn, he led the team to a SEC Championship win and an appearance in the 2014 National Championship. Malzahn has coached Heisman winner Cam Newton and two Heisman finalists: Nick Marshall and Tre Mason. During Malzahn's tenure at Auburn, he qualified as the second-longest tenured head coach at one school in the SEC, behind Nick Saban. Out of active head coaches, Malzahn also holds the best record against coach Saban.
William James O'Brien, nicknamed the Teapot, is an American football coach who is the offensive coordinator at Ohio State. He was the head coach of the Houston Texans from 2014 to 2020, and at Pennsylvania State University from 2012 to 2013. O'Brien also served as the general manager of the Texans in 2020 and as the offensive coordinator for the University of Alabama from 2021 to 2022.
Kenneth Va'a Niumatalolo is an American football coach and former player who is the head coach of San Jose State. He is the former head coach of the Naval Academy from 2007 to 2022, accumulating the most wins in program history. Niumatalolo played college football at the University of Hawaii. As a quarterback he led Hawaii to their first postseason bowl game in 1989. Niumatalolo is the second person of Polynesian descent to be named head coach of an NCAA Division I FBS college football program and the first ethnic Samoan collegiate head coach on any level. Niumatalolo was inducted into the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame on January 23, 2014.
Michael Eric Johnson is an American football coach and former quarterback, and current wide receivers coach for Syracuse. He was the interim head coach for the UCLA Bruins football team after serving as their offensive coordinator. Previously, he spent two years with the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League. Johnson was hired along with former offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye by San Francisco head coach Mike Singletary on February 6, 2009. Raye was fired on September 27, 2010 and Johnson was promoted. Beginning in 2014 he served for three seasons as head coach of The King's Academy Knights in Sunnyvale, California, before being hired as wide receiver coach by the University of Oregon in 2017.
Bryan Dale Harsin is an American football coach who was most recently the head coach for the Auburn Tigers. Prior to coaching at Auburn, he coached the Boise State University Broncos from the 2014 season through the 2020 season where he posted a 69–19 overall record. He began his head coaching career at Arkansas State University for the 2013 season. Harsin was the co-offensive coordinator at the University of Texas for two seasons. Before leaving for Texas in 2011, Harsin was an assistant at Boise State for 10 seasons, the last five as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Mike Nesbitt is an American college football coach and former player. He is the head football coach for Ottawa University in Surprise, Arizona, a position he has held since 2018. He served as the head football coach at West Texas A&M University from 2013 to 2016, compiling a record of 25–17. Nesbitt was the offensive coordinator for the Houston Cougars football team at the University of Houston at the start of the 2012 college football season. He previously served as the offensive coordinator at Stephen F. Austin State University, West Texas A&M, and Blinn College. His 2006 Blinn team won the NJCAA national championship, and his 2010 West Texas A&M team ranked second in the nation with an average of 529 yards per game in total offense.
The Bethel Royals football program represents Bethel University of Arden Hills, Minnesota in college football. Bethel competes at the NCAA Division III level as members of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC). The head coach of the Royals is Mike McElroy, who has held the position since 2024.

Prior to that, he was the offensive coordinator at Colorado State University. He played college football at Ball State University, where he was also a longtime assistant coach.
The 2023 Maryland Terrapins football team represented the University of Maryland in the East Division of the Big Ten Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Terrapins were led by Mike Locksley in his fifth year as head coach. They played their home games at SECU Stadium in College Park, Maryland.
