Paul Wyss (born 7 July 1928) is a Swiss politician (FDP) and former ice hockey player. He competed in the 1952 Winter Olympics as a member of the Swiss ice hockey team.

Centre intercommunal de glace de Malley was an indoor arena located in Lausanne, Switzerland. It was primarily used for ice hockey, and was the home arena of the HC Lausanne from 1984 to 2017. It was demolished in April 2017 to be replaced by the Vaudoise Aréna which opened in September 2019. A temporary ice rink, Malley 2.0, was opened during the interim and is one of the venues for the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics.

Paul D. Ranger is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. He most recently served as an assistant coach for the Ontario Tech University of the U Sports. He spent the majority of his playing career with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL) before leaving the sport at the professional level for almost three years due to severe depression. Ranger returned to professional ice hockey at the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Toronto Marlies during the 2012–13 season, and subsequently signed a one-year contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs on July 24, 2013, to return to the NHL.

Internationally, Berra has played with the Swiss National Team on several occasions; he has appeared in two World Championships. At the 2013 tournament, he shared goaltending duties with Martin Gerber and helped lead Switzerland to a silver medal, the nation's first medal in 60 years.

He began his professional career with EV Zug in 2003 and has also played with the Montreal Canadiens, Vancouver Canucks, New York Rangers and the Calgary Flames. After returning to Switzerland with EV Zug Diaz has won the 2019 Swiss Cup and the 2020-21 NL Championship
