Pavel Chupa (born 20 September 1994) is a Russian freestyle skier. He competed in the 2018 Winter Olympics. [1]
Chupa Chups is a Catalan brand of lollipop and confectionery company found in over 150 countries around the world. The brand was founded in 1958 by Enric Bernat, and is currently owned by the Italian-Dutch company Perfetti Van Melle. The name of the brand comes from the Spanish verb chupar, meaning "to suck". Similar confections are known as lollipops or suckers in English.
Pavel Valeryevich Datsyuk is a Russian former professional ice hockey player. Datsyuk was nicknamed the "Magic Man" honoring his incredible stickhandling and creativity with the puck. From 2001 to 2016, he played for the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL). In 2017, Datsyuk was named one of the "100 Greatest NHL Players" in history, and was the only active player outside of the NHL at the time of announcement.

Curling was included in the program of the inaugural Winter Olympic Games in 1924 in Chamonix although the results of that competition were not considered official by the International Olympic Committee until 2006. Curling was a demonstration sport at the 1932 Games, and then again after a lengthy absence in 1988 and 1992. The sport was finally added to the official program for the 1998 Games in Nagano.

Pavel Benc is a Czech cross-country skier who raced from 1985 to 1997. He earned a bronze medal in the 4 × 10 km relay at the 1988 Winter Olympics. His best individual Winter Olympics finish was eight in the 50 km event during the 1992 Winter Olympics. Benc's best finish was fifth in the 50 km event at the 1991 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. His best overall finish was second in a 15 km event in 1993.

Aron Michael Ekberg, better known by his stage name AronChupa, is a Swedish rapper, singer, songwriter, DJ and record producer. His 2014 song "I'm an Albatraoz" reached number 1 on the Swedish Singles Chart and in Denmark, and top 10 in many charts across Europe. It also reached number 25 in the UK and number 10 in the US dance charts. His younger sister, Nora Ekberg, better known professionally as Little Sis Nora, provided the vocals for the track and starred in the music video, but never appeared as featured artist on the track. The music video has surpassed 1.35 billion views on YouTube.

The men's tournament in ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Olympics was held in Gangneung, South Korea between 14 and 25 February 2018. Twelve countries qualified for the tournament; eight of them did so automatically by virtue of their ranking by the International Ice Hockey Federation, one, South Korea, automatically qualified as hosts, while the three others took part in a qualification tournament.

The men's 500 m competition in speed skating at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 12 February, at the National Speed Skating Oval in Beijing. The event was won by three Asians, Gao Tingyu of China, the 2018 bronze medalist, who set a new Olympic record, Cha Min-kyu of South Korea, replicating his 2018 success, and Wataru Morishige of Japan, his first Olympic medal.
