Snehan is the 1st executive committee member of Makkal Needhi Maiam party. In the year 2018 he entered politics with Makkal Needhi Maiam and contested in the Lok Sabha election. In 2021 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly election, he contested on behalf of Makkal Needhi Maiam as a candidate for Virugambakkam Constituency. Ninaithale Inikkum is a 2021 Indian Tamil language television series which airs on Zee Tamil. It originally stars Swathi Sharma and Anand Selvan in lead roles. It was directed by N. Priyan under the banner of Monk Studios and produced by Sabreesh Kumar. It premiered from 23 August 2021. The show was also available on the digital platform ZEE5 before its telecast.
