Poison Idea was an American punk rock band formed in Portland, Oregon, in 1980. The band originally dissolved in 1993, but has been playing intermittently since 1998. They officially disbanded as of January 1, 2017.
Pig Destroyer is an American grindcore band formed in 1997 in Alexandria, Virginia. The band was formed by vocalist J.R. Hayes, guitarist Scott Hull, and drummer John Evans. Throughout the band's earlier history, they were a three-piece group until sampler Blake Harrison joined in 2006, notably had no bassist until the inclusion of John Jarvis in 2013, and went through 2 past drummers with the role currently held by Adam Jarvis. Musically, the material was similar to their previous release, the 1982 EP Lullabies. It was the last release to feature original bassist Will Heggie.

This was the first of a series of releases, the next being Pearls to Pigs, Vol. 2, which was released in February, 2008. The album was mixed by Alex Newport and mastered by Paul Lyman at Infrasonic Mastering. "Mhz" and "Bellevue Ave" feature Jesper Kristensen on drums.

This is a second of a series of releases, the release date of the next EP is June 2008. The track names make reference to each other - Track 2 is "Sunday Morning", while Track 4, Domenica Pomeriggio, is Italian for "Sunday Afternoon".

Pearls to Pigs is an LP and the seventh release by electronic-alternative rock band Modwheelmood. The LP was released as an amalgam of the first three Pearls to Pigs EPs with a new track, "Happily Delayed", on June 2, 2009 at the first show of their West Coast tour in Scottsdale, Arizona. The album was digitally released in June 2009.
