If the person is not recalled as requested, the host state may refuse to recognize the person concerned as a member of the diplomatic mission. Exodus is an American thrash metal band formed in 1979 in Richmond, California. Their current lineup consists of guitarists Gary Holt and Lee Altus, bassist Jack Gibson, drummer Tom Hunting, and lead vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza. There are no original members left in Exodus other than Hunting, who has departed from the band twice, in 1989 and 2004, but rejoined in 2007. Exodus is also notable for its inclusion of a then-unknown Kirk Hammett, who was the band's lead guitarist from its inception to 1983 when he left to join Metallica as Dave Mustaine's replacement. Holt has been most consistent member throughout various lineup changes and break-ups, and is the only member to appear on all of Exodus' recordings. Much of the band's career has also been affected by bitter feuds between both band members and record companies, two extended hiatuses, deaths of former band members and internal problems often relating to drugs.

Persona Non Grata is the third studio release by Dutch rap rock band Urban Dance Squad. With the departure of DJ DNA, the band took a more aggressive approach than on their previous two albums, resulting in a largely hard rock and heavy metal influenced album. The stylistic change resulted in some moderate European success. The album was released in April 1994. The song "Demagogue" became a European club hit. The band can be seen performing the album's track "Good Grief!" in the 1995 film, Hackers.

This album also features guest appearances from former Exodus guitarist Rick Hunolt and guitarist Lee Altus' bandmate in Heathen, Kragen Lum, who both provide guitar solos on one of the album's tracks, "Lunatic-Liar-Lord".

"Demagogue" is a single by Dutch band Urban Dance Squad. It was released as the lead single for the band's third studio album, Persona Non Grata. The song reached number 31 on the Dutch Charts, becoming their highest-charting song in the region. It also reached number 38 on the Belgian charts.
