Hopman Cup

The Hopman Cup is an international eight-team indoor hardcourt tennis tournament which plays mixed-gender teams on a country-by-country basis. It was held in Perth, Western Australia, in early January each year from 1989 to 2019. It was replaced on the calendar in 2020 by the ATP Cup, a newly created ATP event, but the International Tennis Federation has stated it will return in 2022 with the bidding process for a new venue on hold as of November 2020.

The event was played on indoor hard courts and usually took place in February. For much of its more than 100-year history it was a combined men's and women's tournament but in 2014, its final year, only a men's tournament was held. The event was previously known under various sponsored names including the Memphis Open, the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships, the Kroger St. Jude Championship, and the Volvo Championships.

The Stockholm Open is an indoor tennis event on the ATP Tour played at the Kungliga tennishallen in Stockholm, Sweden. The tournament is owned by The Royal Lawn Tennis Club of Stockholm, SALK and Tennis Stockholm.

The Milan Indoor, also known under various sponsored names, was a men's professional tennis tournament held from 1978 until 2005. It took placed in Milan, Italy with the exception of three years (1998–2000) when it was held in London, United Kingdom. The event was part of the Grand Prix circuit (1981–89) and ATP Tour (1990–2005) and was played on indoor carpet courts, except for the 2000 edition which was played on an indoor hard court. The most successful singles players were John McEnroe and Boris Becker who both won four titles. Stefan Edberg and Roger Federer won the first singles title of their career at the event. A single female edition of the event was held in 1991, won by Monica Seles. Due to a lack of sponsorship the tournament was replaced on the 2006 ATP Tour by the Zagreb Indoors.

The Ostrava Open is a tennis tournament organised for female professional tennis players, and part of the WTA tour. It is a Premier-level tournament held in October 2020, played on indoor hard courts, and organised to make up for the many tournaments cancelled during the 2020 season, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament attracted four top-20 players, including two-time grand slam champion and former world no. 1 Victoria Azarenka.

The Brussels Indoor is a defunct professional tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts at Forest National in Brussels. The 1977 Colgate-Palmolive Grand Prix was a professional tennis circuit administered by the International Lawn Tennis Federation which served as a forerunner to the current Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) World Tour and the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Tour. The circuit consisted of the four modern Grand Slam tournaments and open tournaments recognised by the ILTF. The Colgate-Palmolive Masters is included in this calendar but did not count towards the Grand Prix ranking. Colgate-Palmolive was the new tour sponsor, taking over from Commercial Union. Guillermo Vilas won the Grand Prix circuit, having accumulated the most points (2,047), and received the largest share from the bonus pool ($300,000). The top eight points ranked singles players as well as the top four doubles teams qualified for the season-ending Masters tournament

The Dewar Cup Perth was an indoor tennis event held from 1968 through 1969 and played in Perth, Scotland as part of the Dewar Cup circuit of indoor tournaments held throughout the United Kingdom.

Carpet court

A carpet court is a type of tennis court. The International Tennis Federation describes the surface as a "textile or polymeric material supplied in rolls or sheets of finished product." It is one of the fastest court types, second only to grass courts. The use of carpet courts in ATP Tour competitions ended in 2009. In women's tennis, no WTA Tour tournaments have used carpet courts since the last edition of the Tournoi de Québec in 2018.

The 2019 Fed Cup is the 57th edition of the most important tournament between national teams in women's tennis.

ATP Cup Outdoor hard court mens tennis tournament

The ATP Cup is an international outdoor hard court men's tennis tournament between competing nations, which premiered in January 2020. The tournament is played across three Australian cities over ten days in the lead up to the Australian Open and features teams from 24 countries.The event sees the return of an ATP team competition into the calendar for the first time since the ATP World Team Cup, which was held in Düsseldorf from 1978 to 2012. The inaugural tournament took place between 3 and 12 January 2020 and was played in Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. Sydney hosts its first three finals between 2020 and 2022.

The 2020 ATP Cup was the first edition of the ATP Cup, an international outdoor hard court men's tennis tournament held by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Serving as the opener for the 2020 ATP Tour, it was the first ATP team tournament since the last edition of the World Team Cup in 2012. It was held on 3–12 January 2020 at three venues in the Australian cities of Brisbane, Perth, and Sydney.
