Piqua is a city in Miami County, Ohio, United States, along the Great Miami River. The population was 20,354 at the 2020 census. Located 27 miles (43 km) north of Dayton, it is part of the Dayton metropolitan area.

Lehman Catholic High School is a private co-educational high school located in Sidney, Ohio, United States. It is owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cincinnati and served by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. The school is named after Edward C. Lehman, who served as pastor of Holy Angels Parish for 34 years and oversaw the construction of Holy Angels High School. Lehman Catholic was established in 1970 as a result of the consolidation of Holy Angels High School, established in 1889, and Piqua Catholic High School, established in 1924. The school's colors are royal blue and gold and athletic teams are known as the Cavaliers. As of 2022, the principal is Veronica Gaier.
The Piqua Nuclear Power Facility was an organic cooled and moderated nuclear reactor which operated just outside the southern city limits of Piqua, Ohio in the United States. The plant contained a 45.5-megawatt (thermal) organically cooled and moderated nuclear reactor. The Piqua facility was built and operated between 1963 and 1966 as a demonstration project by the Atomic Energy Commission. The facility ceased operation in 1966. It was dismantled between 1967 and 1969, and the radioactive coolant and most other radioactive materials were removed. The remaining radioactive structural components of the reactor were entombed in the reactor vessel under sand and concrete.

He played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes, earning consensus All-American honors in 2006. He was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the third round of the 2007 NFL draft, and played a single regular NFL season for the Colts.
Piqua High School is a public high school in Piqua, Ohio, United States, and is the only high school in the Piqua City Schools district. The current high school was completed in 1981 and sits adjacent to Alexander Stadium, completed in 2001. The school's athletic teams are known as the Indians, and the school colors are red and blue. Piqua's longstanding high school rivals are the Troy Trojans and the Sidney Yellow Jackets, both schools from neighboring communities. The school includes 9th to 12th grade, with approximately 930 students enrolled. As of 2019–20, Piqua is a member of the Miami Valley League (MVL)

The Piqua Picks were a minor league baseball teams based in Piqua, Ohio. In 1911, the Piqua Picks played a partial season as members of the Class D level Ohio State League, joining the league during the season and hosting home games at the Ash Street Ball Grounds. Piqua finished in fifth place in the final 1911 standings, with Picks player Bert Blue winning the league batting title.
