Peter Davison (born 1948) is an American composer known for New Age/Neo Classical works, and television and film scores.
Davison was born in Los Angeles, California. He played flute, saxophone, guitar, keyboards and electric bass in all sorts of ensembles throughout his public school years. He received his Bachelor's and master's degrees in Music Composition from California State University, Northridge. [1]
Davison has composed music scores for Indie Features, the History Channel, A+E, Biography, PBS, Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, Discovery, Gaiam (Yoga/Relaxation music). [2] Over 40 CDs of his music are on Higher Octave/Universal, Gaiam, Davisounds and TSR/Baja. [3] [4] [5] His CDs Meditate and Exhale were both in the Billboard Top 10 New Age Albums. His music is widely played in internet radio. On Pandora [6] at this time there are 90 million streams of his music [7] with similar stats on the other internet music providers such as Spotify. [8] He has received awards and nominations from the Global Music Awards, Hollywood Music in Media Awards, Accolade Global Film Awards, Colortape International Film Festival and others. [15] Fact of Being, a European label has re-released the first 2 of these [16] [17] on vinyl LP. They will re-release the remaining 5 over the next 2 years, as a retrospective of Davison's early work. Davison has also received commissions for classical orchestral music. Faithless are an English dance music band that formed in 1995, with its core members being Rollo, Sister Bliss and Maxi Jazz. Krishna Das is an American vocalist known for his performances of Hindu devotional music known as kirtan. He has released seventeen albums since 1996. He performed at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where his album Live Ananda (2012) was nominated for the 2013 Grammy Award for Best New Age Album. He's been described by the New York Times as "the chant master of American yoga".

Nick Russel Fowler is an American author and musician who began making music while studying at Cornell University. In 1989, he moved to New York City and teamed up with Gregg Wattenberg, Michael Haar, and Greg Smith to form Tonto Tonto. Fowler has published two novels. Born to journalists and politicians Najam Sethi and Jugnu Mohsin, Sethi rose to prominence with his debut novel, The Wish Maker (2009). Although Sethi received some musical training as a child, he did not begin to formally train in Hindustani classical music until after graduating from college.
