Peter Ljung (born 1977) is a Swedish bowling player. He won the AMF World Cup in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1986 when he was 19 years old.

Ljung participated in the 2007 World Ranking Masters [1] and qualified in 7th position after the 24 game qualifier. Ljung eliminated both World Tenpin Masters finalists, Jason Belmonte (Australia) and Paul Moor, (England) on his way to the final, but had to settle for the runner-up position, after defeat by Stuart Williams, 2-1 (233-236, 235-224, 269-240).

The QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup, previously known as the International Masters and AMF Bowling World Cup, is an annual Ten-pin bowling championship sponsored by QubicaAMF Worldwide, and the largest in bowling in terms of number of participating nations. Each nation chooses one male and/or one female bowler to represent them in the tournament, and in the majority of cases, this is done by running a qualifying tournament, the winners of which are chosen.

The USBC Masters is a championship ten-pin bowling event conducted by the United States Bowling Congress. The Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) began recognizing it as a title event in 1998, and it was designated one of the four majors in 2000. Williams now resides in Pflugerville, Texas, USA. He is a member of the Roto Grip pro staff.

Michael Schmidt is a Canadian Ten-pin bowler, best known for his performances in the QubicaAMF World Cup.

The World Ranking Masters was ten-pin bowling's international ranking system, as with professional tennis. It was governed by the World Tenpin Bowling Association (WTBA). The rankings were formulated at the end of the three international tours, the European, Americas and Asian tours.

Or Aviram is an Israeli ten-pin bowler. He finished runner-up in the 2005 QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup. Eight years later, he would become the first Israeli to win the QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup. Karen Marcano is a Venezuelan ten-pin bowler. In 2008 she finished first in the Women's World Ranking Masters. In 2009 she won a gold medal at the Pan American Bowling Confederation Championships in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She also won the bronze medal at the masters event of the World Games in 2013 in Colombia.

The World Tenpin Bowling Championships is a global event that invites all countries that are members of International Bowling Federation to participate.
