Pierre Bardy (born 4 September 1987) is a Monegasque politician. From 2018 until 2023, he was a member of the National Council of Monaco. [1] He is a Director of Cometh-Somoclim's Maintenance Department. [2]

Life

Pierre Bardy was born on 4 September 1987 in Monaco. [1] He graduated with a master's degree in International Trade from Kedge Business School in Bordeaux, France. [3]

From 2010 until 2018, Bardy worked as market analyst at different branches of ENGIE in Paris, London, Zurich, and Monaco. [1] He is a Director of Cometh-Somoclim's Maintenance Department. [2]

He is married and has one child. [1]

Political career

In 2018, Bardy was elected as a member of the National Council of Monaco on the list of the political group Primo! (Priority Monaco). [3] Bardy is a member of the association “Energy Assistance Monaco”. [3] In 2019, Bardy awarded the Conseil National Award at the Graduation of the International School of Monaco students. [4]

The High Council of Judges and Prosecutors is a collegial body invested with a preponderant role within the framework of the administration of justice of the Principality of Monaco. The High Council of Judges and Prosecutors was instituted by the law n° 1364 of November 16, 2009 relating to the statute of the magistracy. In November 2018, the new members of the High Judicial Council have been introduced in their new functions, under the chairmanship of Laurent Anselmi, Director of Judicial Services.

General elections were held in Monaco on 5 February 2023. The result was a landslide victory for the governing Monegasque National Union led by Brigitte Boccone-Pagès, which won all 24 seats on the National Council. The new council was sworn in on 16 February.
