A Corazón Abierto is a Mexican telenovela produced by RCN Television in collaboration with Vista Production and Disney Media Network Latin America. Based on Shonda Rhimes' Grey's Anatomy, it is adapted and supervised by Colombian writer, Fernando Gaitán.
