Xcel Energy Center is a multipurpose arena in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. Completed in 2000 and often called "The X" by fans, it is named for its locally based corporate sponsor Xcel Energy. With an official capacity of 17,954, the arena has four spectator levels: one suite level and three for general seating. The building is home to the NHL's Minnesota Wild and the Minnesota Frost of the PWHL.

The Maverik Center, originally known as the E Center, is a 12,600-seat multi-purpose indoor arena located in West Valley City, Utah, United States. Construction on the arena started in 1996 and was completed in time to hold its first event on September 22, 1997. The arena is owned by West Valley City, and managed by Centennial Management Group. During the 2002 Winter Olympics it served as the main venue for the ice hockey events, and as the venue for ice sledge hockey during the 2002 Winter Paralympics. Today the arena is home to the Utah Grizzlies along with the Salt Lake City Stars, and it is also a major venue in the area for numerous concerts and live touring productions.
CAA Arena is a 4,365-seat multi-purpose arena in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. It is the home of the Belleville Senators of the American Hockey League (AHL). Built in 1978, it was then known as the Quinte Sports Centre and eventually Yardmen Arena. It is part of a larger recreational complex with several ice rinks, a pool and other facilities.
Peaks Ice Arena is an indoor ice hockey and figure skating arena in Provo, Utah, located 43 miles (69 km) south of Salt Lake City. Along with the Maverik Center in West Valley City, it was built as an ice hockey and figure skating practice venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics, roles it is expected to reprise for the 2034 Winter Olympics. The FPHL began operations in November 2010 as the Federal Hockey League. Don Kirnan is the league's commissioner. With a history dating to 2010, the Wolves are the last original franchise in the FPHL.

The 2026 Winter Olympics and 2026 Winter Paralympics, hosted by the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, will make use of 25 event venues across four clusters. These consist of nineteen existing venues, two newly-built venues, and four temporary venues. Over 90% of the venues consist of ones that already exist or temporary ones. The Games are reportedly set to be the most geographically widespread in Olympic history; the use of existing venues means the events will be held in an area spanning more than 22,000 square kilometres (8,500 sq mi).

The Watertown Shamrocks are a Tier II junior ice hockey team located in Watertown, South Dakota. The team is scheduled to begin play in the fall of 2024, as the 7th in the NAHL's Central Division. The Shamrocks will play out of the Prairie Lakes Ice Arena, a 1,500-seat venue that opened in February of 2024.
