Prince Kaybee

Kabelo Motsamai (born 15 June 1989), professionally known under the alias of Prince Kaybee is a South African DJ and music producer.

In September 2018, Kaybee bagged a role on a television show 1's and 2's, as resident judge for season 18. [1]

On 8 March 2019 he released a studio album Re Mmino which was later certified Platinum in South Africa. [2]

On 31 January 2020 he released "Uwrongo" with guest appearances from Shimza, Black Motion and Ami Faku, [3] it debuted number 1 on the Radiomonitor Top 100 AirPlay Chart for 26 consecutive weeks. [4]

In early February 2021, Kaybee announced his fourth studio album via Instagram. [5] [6] [7]

The 4th Republic was released on March 5, 2021.

Three singles "Amaphiko Ezono", "Inkubulo" featuring Azana, and "Oh boy" featuring Start Healer released on June 4, 2023 leading his album Music Theory.

Afro house is a sub-genre of house music mainly developed in South Africa. The genre emerged in the 1990s. It was broadly internationally spearheaded by Malaika, Black Coffee, DJ Fresh, DJ Tira, Zakes Bantwini, DJ Cndo, Da Capo, Bucie, Culoe De Song, Shimza, Punk Mbedzi, Enoo Napa and Black Motion.
