Pritpal Soor is a London-based music producer and writer. He has produced for bands and artists such as Anna Calvi, The Loose Salute, Cheap Hotel, [1] Out Of The Afternoon [2] and Mancub Babywoman. [3] He is also the vocalist and guitarist for the London punk/pop duo Flower Of Zeus. [4]
His early musical career was spent as a guitarist and writer in a handful of bands, predominately in the unsigned London band, I Own Kings. Much of this period was spent recording demos for this band and for his old schoolfriend Ian McCutcheon's band, The Loose Salute. It was this relationship that found him the production job on The Loose Salute's first album, Tuned To Love, released by Graveface Records and Heavenly Records in 2007 and 2008 respectively. He also produced their second album, Getting Over Being Under, on Graveface and Big Potato Records in 2011
His friendship with Gregg Braden (who was a temporary drummer in I Own Kings) led Soor to produce the first single, "New York" [1] , for Braden's band, Cheap Hotel, in 2008. Anna Calvi was the guitarist and vocalist for the band. She was keen to try some music outside of the band, and the two of them started recording in November 2007 at Soor's studio in Fulham, London. The sessions continued for a year and a half and these recordings formed the majority of Calvi's first album, released on Domino Records in 2011.
Domino Recording Company, or simply Domino, is a British independent record label based in London. Song styles range from post-rock to bluegrass. The group has been compared to groups such as Mono and Explosions in the Sky.

Mojave 3 were a British rock band consisting of former Slowdive members Neil Halstead, Rachel Goswell and Ian McCutcheon (drums) alongside keyboardist Alan Forrester and former Chapterhouse guitarist Simon Rowe.
Anna Domino is an American indie rock artist based in New York and Los Angeles who released several albums for Les Disques du Crepuscule and Factory Records in the 1980s and 1990s. Domino has collaborated with musicians such as Matt Johnson of The The, Stephin Merritt in The Sixths, Blaine L. Reininger and Steven Brown of Tuxedomoon, Virginia Astley, Luc van Acker and Ultramarine. She is also one half of the duo Snakefarm.

Haley McCallum, professionally known as Haley and formerly Haley Bonar, is a Canadian-born American singer and songwriter who was raised in Rapid City, South Dakota. She has lived in Duluth and currently St. Paul, Minnesota. In 2009, she moved to Portland, Oregon, where she spent a year writing songs for her 2011 album Golder. She plays acoustic guitar, baritone electric guitar, electric guitar, and Rhodes or Wurlitzer electric piano, either solo or with her Twin Cities-based band, including Jeremy Ylvisaker, Robert Skoro, and Jacob Hanson.
English rock band Arctic Monkeys have released seven studio albums, five extended plays, two video albums, 24 music videos and 23 singles. Formed in 2002 by guitarist and vocalist Alex Turner, guitarist and backing vocalist Jamie Cook, bass guitarist and backing vocalist Andy Nicholson and drummer and backing vocalist Matt Helders, Arctic Monkeys released their first EP, Five Minutes with Arctic Monkeys, in May 2005, and signed with London-based Domino Recording Company in June.

The Loose Salute are a British band founded by drummer Ian McCutcheon of Slowdive and Mojave 3 who also sings and plays guitar. The band consists Lisa Delatour Billson, Charlotte King, Alan Forrester (keys), Alden Evans (guitars) and Benjamin Wesley Morgan (bass).
She Keeps Bees is a rock band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 2006 and consisting of Jessica Larrabee on vocals and guitar and Andy LaPlant on drums. They have been compared to Patti Smith, the White Stripes, The Kills, PJ Harvey, and Cat Power.

Anna Calvi is the debut album of British singer-songwriter Anna Calvi, released on 14 January 2011, by Domino Records. In Autumn, 2010, Calvi entered Black Box studio in France with producer Rob Ellis and, using vintage analogue equipment, created "a velvet Wall of Sound that justified the hype in the buildup to its 2011 release." The album peaked at No. 40 in the UK Album Charts reached No. 17 in France, and entered several European charts. The album has been nominated for the 2011 Barclaycard Mercury Prize.

Greenwood was born in Morley, Leeds, England and grew up in Headingley.
Whirr is a shoegaze band from Modesto, California. The group formed in 2010, originally as Whirl, but had to legally change its name after a woman performing acoustic covers of Black Sabbath songs trademarked the name and threatened a lawsuit. Whirr's shoegaze sound is often compared to My Bloody Valentine and Slowdive. Founding guitarist Nick Bassett also played in the band Deafheaven surrounding and including the release of their 2011 album Roads to Judah.
James Walbourne is a British singer, guitarist, and multi-instrumentalist. He is the current lead guitarist in The Pretenders as well as one-half of The Rails.
