Karpagavalli better known by her stage name Priya is an Indian actress who worked on South Indian movies. She was a prominent lead actress during the 1980s and 1990s in Malayalam films. She now works in Tamil television serials in antagonist roles.[ citation needed ]
Priya hails from Teynampet, Tamil Nadu. She was noted for her performance in the Malayalam film Ninnishtam Ennishtam in 1986. [1] She is married to David, a cinematographer of Malayalam movies. The couple have a son, Prince and a daughter, Aishwarya. [2]

Shalini Ajithkumar, known mononymously as Shalini is a former Indian actress and child artist who predominantly worked in Malayalam and Tamil films. During the 80s, Shalini was the most successful child artist in both Malayalam and Tamil film industry and also in Telugu films. After a brief hiatus from acting, Shalini made a come back in 1997 through Malayalam and Tamil language films as a lead heroine. She married popular Tamil actor Ajith Kumar, on 24 April 2000 and did one more film after her wedding before officially retiring from films.

Padmadalakshan, better known by his stage name Kuthiravattam Pappu, was a popular Indian stage and film actor. His repertoire of acting was based on his unique style and use of the Kozhikodan dialect, impeccable timing and the capability to grasp the subtle nuances of any character and mould it into his signature "Pappu style". This is remake of Charlie Chaplin's movie City Lights. Alleppey Ashraf later directed a Tamil remake titled Neela Kuyil (1995), starring Pandiarajan.It was Mohanlal's 100th Film.
Anandakuttan was an Indian cinematographer who worked predominantly in Malayalam cinema. He worked on over 150 films including His Highness Abdullah, Bharatham, Kamaladalam, Sadayam, Chronic Bachelor, Akashadoothu, Harikrishnans, Punjabi House and Aniyathipraavu. He died in 2016, at the age of 61.
