Pua Mora Bhola Sankara is a 1996 Indian Odia-language film directed by Hara Patnaik starring Siddhanta Mahapatra, Rachna Banerjee and Mihir Das. [1] The film was a box office success and made Mihir Das popular. [2] [3]

The film is produced by Pradyumna Lenka. [5] Rakhee Dash dubbed for Rachna Banerjee. [6] Mihir Das was cast as an innocent servant. [7] [8] This is Priyanka Mohapatra's first film and she was cast opposite Das. [9] [8] The fight sequences were choreographed by Rama Murthy. [10] Chandi Parija worked an associate director in this film. [11] In an interview, Mihir Das called this film his best work. [12]

Soundtrack

The music was composed by Swarup Nayak and Subash Ram. [13]

Swayamsiddha is a 2010 Odia film directed by Sudhanshu Sahu with a screenplay and dialogue by Dilip Choudhury, produced by Prabhat Ranjan Mallik, and starring Siddhanta Mahapatra and Yukta Inderlal Mookhey. The film focuses on the implications for the young mass adopting to Maoist insurgency and their sustained alienation from the mainstream as a result. Geo-strategic importance of changing the minds of young people adopting terrorism through love and affection. The film traces the crisis from social trauma to unfair state system encouraging Mao-Naxal insurgency in Odisha.

Manmohan Mahapatra was an Odia filmmaker, director, producer, and writer. He won eight consecutive national film awards for his films Nishita Swapna, Majhi Pahacha, Klanta Aparanha, Neeraba Jhada, Seeta Raati, and Bhinna Samaya, among others.

Mu Eka Tumara is a 2013 Indian Odia language romantic drama film. The film is written by Sidharth and directed by Susant Mani and stars Sabyasachi and Archita in their Seventh movie together. This film won the Best Odia film, Best Oriya Direction, Best Oriya Actor (Male) and Best Oriya Actor (Female) categories in the Filmfare Awards East 2013. The film was a remake of 2003 Kannada blockbuster film Chandra Chakori starring Sri Murali.

Raja Mishra was an Odia film director, actor, screen writer, cinematographer and music director. He was a gold medalist in cinematography from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. In 1986 he directed his first Odia film Jor Jar Mulak Tar and he directed a total of 12 Odia films. He also directed seven Assamese language films.
