Puerto Rico's Poignant... Powerful... Incomparable... is the first (1st) studio album by Puerto Rican singer Yolandita Monge under the label Patty Records. It was released in 1969, when she was only 14 years old. It includes the radio hits Vida and El Resfriado.
The album was re-released in the early 1990s by the label Disco Hit in cassette format re-titled as "Sus Grandes Exitos". It is currently out of print in all media layouts.

Yolanda Rosa Monge Betancourt, known professionally as Yolandita Monge, is a Puerto Rican singer, actress, and television personality. She has been active in the music business since her teen years and has recorded 27 studio albums and two live albums, as well as several greatest hits compilations and special appearance recordings.
A Star is Shining, Yolandita Monge Vol. 2 is the second (2nd) studio album by Puerto Rican singer Yolandita Monge and contains the radio hit "Amor En El Aire". It was released in 1970 and it is currently out of print in all media formats.
Recuérdame is the third (3rd) studio album by Puerto Rican singer Yolandita Monge. In 1971, the singer temporarily established in México, where she recorded three albums for Teca Records. It was released in 1971 and contains the radio hit “Recuérdame”.

The album was her first best selling release and features her first international radio hit, Cierra Los Ojos Y Juntos Recordemos, a song she still performs in her concerts. Another radio hit was Alguien A Quien Se Amó Demás.

This album received a nomination for a Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album, marking the first time a female artist from Puerto Rico earned a Grammy nomination, a recognition she shares with fellow female artist Lunna for that same year.
Vivencias is the sixteenth (16th) studio album by Puerto Rican singer Yolandita Monge. It was released in 1988 and includes the massive hits "Este Amor Que Hay que Callar", "Borinqueña”, “Débil", "Quítame A Ese Hombre Del Corazón", "Por Tí ", "Acaríciame", and "Cuando Termina Un Amor". Nearly all the tracks in this album were huge radio hits that the singer still performs in her live shows. This album earned the first Platinum status for a female Puerto Rican singer. Since then, it has earned double Platinum and double Gold status. The album's cover picture was taken by late photographer and stylist Raúl Torres.
Portfolio is the seventeenth (17th) studio album by Puerto Rican singer Yolandita Monge. It was released in 1990 and it was the final studio album under her CBS Records contract. This release includes the hits "Cantaré", "Sin Amor", and the club hit "Fuiste Un Sueño". Seven out of ten tracks in this album were composed by Venezuelan singer/songwriter Ricardo Montaner. Once again Venezuelan singer/songwriter Ricardo Montaner was involved in the songwriting of some of the songs. It includes the radio hits "Sobreviviré", "Entrega Total", "Angel Caído" and the club hit "Viviré Sin Tí". Nunca Te Diré Adiós / En Concierto is the first live album by the Puerto Rican singer Yolandita Monge. It was released in 1988 and it includes the studio version of the theme of the Puerto Rican telenovela, Ave de Paso, for which she played lead. The rest of the album is the partial live concert held at Teatro Puerto Rico, New York, on October 16, 17, & 18, 1987.
