Pushin' On is Quantic Soul Orchestra's second full-length release. The singer Alice Russell performs on several of the album's tracks. The title track is featured in the pilot episode of Californication and the 2008 film Strange Wilderness .

The studio was acquired by NetEase in August 2022 to act as its first European studio.

Louis Pattison entitled his review for the BBC "An exceptional collaboration – like manna from heaven for leftfield soul fans", characterising it as "mixing warm, brassy funk and soul grooves with Latin jazz and cumbia, it's a soft sort of fusion, mixing flavours with a lightness of touch."

Pushing On is a dance single from German record producer Oliver $ and Swiss record producer Jimi Jules. It contains a sample of "Pushin' On" by the Quantic Soul Orchestra and originally contained a sample of "Williams' Blood " by Grace Jones, which was subsequently replayed by Mark Summers at Scorccio Sample Replays, recreating all instrumental elements of the sample. It peaked at number 15 on the UK Singles Chart. The song was credited as the second most Shazamed track in Ibiza for 2014, having been frequently dropped by DJs in festival season. It also featured on the Xbox 360/One game Forza Horizon 2 on the in-game radio station "Horizon Bass Arena".

Detroit: Become Human is a 2018 adventure game developed by Quantic Dream. The game was released for the PlayStation 4 in May 2018, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. A port for Windows was released in December 2019, published by Quantic Dream. The plot follows three androids: Kara, who escapes her owner to explore her newfound sentience and protect a young girl; Connor, whose job is to hunt down sentient androids; and Markus, who devotes himself to releasing other androids from servitude. The player's choices affect the course and outcome of the story.

Fallin' Off the Edge is a compilation album by the American garage rock band the Seeds, and was released on GNP Crescendo, in 1977. The first album of its kind to compile Seeds music, Fallin' Off the Edge includes rarities of the group's catalogue, alternate takes, and unreleased tracks. Among the songs available include the 1968 version of the hit "Pushin' Too Hard" without studio-created crowd noises, which was originally the closing track to the fake live album Raw & Alive: The Seeds in Concert at Merlin's Music Box. Although other Seeds compilations have been released over the years, Fallin' Off the Edge remains a collector's item and has been reissued.

2:35 PM is the second studio album American singer-songwriter Calvin Richardson. It was released on September 16, 2003 via Hollywood Records. Production was handled by Raphael Saadiq, Slum Village, Darren Lighty, DJ Eddie F, Jake & Trev, Mike City and The Underdogs, with co-producers Jake and the Phatman and Jon Lind serving as additional producer. It features a guest appearance from Slum Village. The album debuted at number 65 on the Billboard 200 and number 8 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums in the United States. None of its singles reach the Billboard Hot 100, however, the song "Keep On Pushin'" made it to number No. 20 on the Adult R&B Airplay and "Not Like This" peaked at No. 36 on the Adult R&B Airplay.
