Qazi Fazlur Rahman is a Bangladeshi retired career bureaucrat and former adviser, with the rank of minister, of Shahabuddin Ahmed caretaker government. [1] He was in charge of the Ministry of Irrigation, Forest, Environment, Fisheries and Livestock. [2] He is a trustee of Gono University. [3]

It is about a Bangladeshi migrant who dies after illegally entering the United Arab Emirates with a fake passport. The Bangladesh police receive the wrong corpse.
