Queen of Media is an unreleased American drama film, directed by Furqaan Clover. It is based on the life of radio host Wendy Williams, and stars Robin Givens as Williams. Jim Yoakum wrote the screenplay, along with Kimba Henriques and Furquaan Clover. The film was directed by Furqaan Clover and produced by Guardian Entertainment. [1] [2]

Development and production

The film is loosely based on Wendy's Got the Heat, an autobiography written by New York City radio host Wendy Williams. Robin Givens portrays Williams, and Oliver "Power" Grant played her husband Kevin Hunter. The film was shot in 2008 with a $3 million budget. [3]
