R.M. Williams Outback (or simply Outback) is a bi-monthly magazine of Australia. The magazine was established in 1998 with first issue in September. Its center of focus and target [1] audience are toward Australians living and working in the Australian Outback. It commonly features stories, articles and advertisements about life on a ranch, work, and products thereof. It is published in Australia and circulated primarily in Australia and New Zealand, although subscription is available world wide.

The Outback is a remote, vast, sparsely populated area of Australia. The Outback is more remote than the bush. Survivor: The Australian Outback is the second season of the American reality television series Survivor. Broadcast by CBS, it was originally shown between January 28 and May 23, 2001. Filming took place at Goshen cattle station, on the bank of the Herbert River in northern Queensland from October 23 through December 3, 2000. The show was hosted by Jeff Probst and featured 16 participants competing over 42 days. It was the first and only season to have more than 39 days of gameplay.

Williams had many adventures in Australia's rugged outback as a bushman, and became known for creating an Australian style of bushwear clothing and footwear recognised worldwide and the company that bore his name.
