RIVERA & RIVERA is a contemporary art gallery in West Hollywood, California, owned by Carlos A. Rivera.
The gallery opened in 2009 on the ground floor of the 1100 S. Hope Street building in Downtown Los Angeles. [1] In 2011, the gallery moved to the West Hollywood Avenues of Arts & Design. Located on Robertson Boulevard, the gallery is housed in a two-story architectural space designed by Arata Isosaki. [2] Erected in 1967, the space previously housed Rolling Stones Records, the Michael Kohn Gallery and most recently, the Earl McGrath Gallery.
The gallery exhibits mid-career and established artists of international recognition and has prominently exhibited seminal installations and international projects of artists thereafter included in important exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles and the Pasadena Museum of California Art.
The gallery has helped foster the careers of influential contemporary artists, including Marquis Lewis (RETNA). In addition, the gallery has hosted a wide range of international exhibitions, from a survey of the Chicano influence on Latin Art including works from Carlos Almaraz, Frank Romero, The Date Farmers and Ismael Vargas [3] to a survey of foreign and expatriate British artists including Tobias Keene and Pete Stern. [4] In addition, the gallery has collaborated on the international exhibition of several urban artists, including Miles MacGregor (El Mac), Augustine Kofie, and Marquis Lewis (RETNA). The gallery has also hosted exhibits by Ray Turner.

He developed a distinctive constructed script which is derived from Blackletter, Egyptian Hieroglyphics, Arabic, and Hebrew calligraphy, as well as more traditional types of street-based graffiti. In addition to exhibiting at institutions and galleries in Los Angeles, Miami, London, New York and Hong Kong, Retna has done advertising work for brands such as VistaJet, Louis Vuitton, and Nike. His artwork adorns the cover of Justin Bieber's Purpose album that debuted in 2015. Retna has many high profile patrons, including fast food magnate Sam Nazarian.

George Herms is an American artist best known for creating assemblages out of discarded, often rusty, dirty or broken every-day objects, and juxtaposing those objects so as to infuse them with poetry, humor and meaning. He is also known for his works on paper, including works with ink, collage, drawing, paint and poetry. The prolific Herms has also created theater pieces, about which he has said, "I treat it as a Joseph Cornell box big enough that you can walk around in. It's just a continuation of my sculpture, one year at a time." Legendary curator Walter Hopps, who met Herms in 1956, "placed Herms on a dazzling continuum of assemblage artists that includes Pablo Picasso, Kurt Schwitters, Marcel Duchamp, and Joseph Cornell, as well as California luminaries Wallace Berman and Edward Kienholz." Often called a member of the West Coast Beat movement, Herms said that Wallace Berman taught him that "any object, even a mundane cast-off, could be of great interest if contextualized properly." "That’s my whole thing," Herms says. "I turn shit into gold. I just really want to see something I've never seen before." George Herms lives and works in Los Angeles.
Analia Saban is a contemporary conceptual artist who was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but is currently living in Los Angeles, California, United States. Her work takes traditional artistic media such as drawing, painting and sculpture and pushes their limits as a scientific experimentation with art making. Because of her pushing the limits with different forms of art, Saban has taken the line that separated the different art forms and merged them together.
ESMoA, The Experimentally Structured Museum of Art, is an experimental museum located in Lawndale, California, US. It was founded in 2013 by Eva Sweeney, Brian Sweeney and Bernhard Zünkeler, and is run by Artlab21 Foundation, a non profit 501(c)(3) public charity founded by the Sweeneys.Its stated mission is to reimagine creativity through the display and education of visual arts.
