Radius Dilworth is a two-tower apartment development under construction in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina in the United States. [1]
In March 2006 State Street Co announced that 615 East Morehead would be developed into a 34-story luxury condo building. It was reported that it will be a "luxurious residential high-rise". State Street purchased the 1.5 acres (0.61 ha) site in 2002 from the Charlotte Housing Authority for $1.9 million. [2]
The condo project was put on hold due to the recession of the 2000s. The 1.5 acres (0.61 ha) site plus a 1.4 acres (0.57 ha) parking was listed by JLL in August 2019. At that time the asking price was not disclosed. However, according to most recent Mecklenburg land reevaluation the 1.5 acres (0.61 ha) site was valued at $4 million and the 1.4 acres (0.57 ha) site had a value of $3.2 million. [3] In December 2020, Spandrel Development Partners purchased the two parcels totaling 2.8 acre site at 615 E Morehead for $17.8 million. [4]
The site will consist of two towers: an eight-story building of 274 apartment and a 26-story building containing 350 apartments. The two buildings will feature 950,000 square feet (88,000 m2) of space. [1] The buildings will contain studio, one to three-bedroom apartments that range in size from 500 square feet (46 m2) to 1,800 square feet (170 m2). [5] [6] They will have 40,000 square feet (3,700 m2) of amenities which will include a fitness center, pool, and co-working space. [7] [6]
The Overlook building will have 5,000 square feet (460 m2) of ground retail space, enough for at least two retailers. Emanuel Neuman, Spandrel partner said, businesses like coffee shops or restaurants would be a natural fit for the neighborhood. The building will also have a 13-story parking deck with seven stories wrapped around the building. A skybridge will connect the two buildings so that the parking deck is easily accessible from both. This is Spandrel Development's first project in Charlotte. The company's second project is an apartment development near Camp North End. The developer acquired the 19 acres (7.7 ha) for $4.4 million in September 2022 which is located at 3245 Statesville Ave. It will be a multifamily development composed of 350 apartments [8] Spandrel specifically chose Charlotte because of the city's rapid growth. The Dilworth neighborhood was picked because of its proximity to Uptown, South End, and the light rail. The site is approximately .3 miles away from the Carson Blvd rail light station. [1] Radius Dilworth is a different type of development, most of Dilworth's single-family homes. This development will be one of the first dense housing projects in Dilworth, and the tallest building in the neighborhood. [9] However, there are other nearby developments that are also transforming the neighborhood such as the medical innovation district called The Pearl will be about less than a mile away and the Village on Morehead across Euclid has 200 senior apartments. One Beale is a proposed four-phase development in Memphis, Tennessee. Located at the corner of Beale Street and Riverside, the $400 million riverfront development located in downtown Memphis will include high-end apartments, a full-service Hyatt hotel, and space for restaurants and events stretching 5.5 acres from Beale Street to Pontotoc Avenue and along Front Street and west to the Mississippi River. As of October 2020, One Beale had three phases under construction valued at $200 million with another $200 million in the development pipeline.

Part of a condominium boom occurring in the city, the Murano was announced in 2005 and was developed jointly by Thomas Properties Group and P&A Associates. The building, named after Murano, Italy, was completed in 2008 at a cost of US$165 million. The site, previously occupied by a parking lot, was the location of the Erlanger Theatre from 1927 to 1978.
The VUE or The VUE Charlotte is a 576-foot (176 m) tall skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was completed in 2010 and has 51 stories. A luxury apartment tower, the VUE is the tallest residential building in the state. The leasing center for The Vue is located at the corner of 5th Street and W. Pine.
Symphony Park is a 61-acre (25 ha) site located in downtown Las Vegas. Once housing a Union Pacific rail yard, Symphony Park is being master developed for mixed-use by the city of Las Vegas, which is also the landowner. Symphony Park is home to the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, Smith Center for the Performing Arts and the Discovery Children's Museum. In 2024, plans were announced for the new Las Vegas Museum of Art, which will occupy two acres of land on the east side of Symphony Park upon its projected completion in 2028.

The Brooklyn Tower is a supertall mixed-use, primarily residential skyscraper in the Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood of New York City. Developed by JDS Development Group, it is situated on the north side of DeKalb Avenue near Flatbush Avenue. The main portion of the skyscraper is a 74-story, 1,066-foot (325 m) residential structure designed by SHoP Architects and built from 2018 to 2022. Preserved at the skyscraper's base is the Dime Savings Bank Building, designed by Mowbray and Uffinger, which dates to the 1900s.
Tower 12 is an apartment building in Seattle, Washington. The 34-story, 392-foot-tall (119 m) skyscraper has 314 apartments as well as 7,000 square feet (650 m2) of ground-level retail space. Optima Signature is a residential skyscraper in the Streeterville neighborhood of the Near North Side area in Chicago. The 57-story building is a joint venture between Optima Inc. and DeBartolo Development. It opened for occupancy in June 2017. The building has 490 units.
Ally Charlotte Center is a 2-building development in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The office building was officially completed on May 3, 2021, it stands at a height of 378 (115.2). Each floor has an open floor plan and averages approximately 30,000 square feet (2,800 m2) in size for a total of 742,000 square feet (68,900 m2) of space which makes it the tenth largest building in Charlotte by leasable space. The site features a 381-room JW Marriott hotel including 34 suites, the first JW Marriott in North Carolina. The site also includes 25,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and an 8-story parking garage with 1,400 parking spots.
Legacy Union, formerly known as 620 South Tryon, is a multi-building development currently finished in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. It broke ground on August 4, 2017, and finished in 2021. The development includes the world headquarters of Honeywell and major corporate offices for Deloitte, JLL, Bank of America, and Robinson Bradshaw.
Spire is a 41-story residential skyscraper in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. The 440-foot (130 m) building sits in a triangular block adjacent to the intersection of Denny Way and Wall Street, roughly between the Belltown and Denny Triangle neighborhoods. It has 343 condominiums, retail space, and a rooftop terrace. The building has an automated parking system in its underground garage with capacity for 266 vehicles.
