Věra Čáslavská was a Czechoslovak artistic gymnast and Czech sports official. She won a total of 22 international titles between 1959 and 1968 including seven Olympic gold medals, four world titles and eleven European championships. Čáslavská is the most decorated Czech gymnast in history and is one of only two female gymnasts, along with Soviet Larisa Latynina, to win the all-around gold medal at two consecutive Olympics.

Martina Sáblíková is a Czech speed skater, specializing in long track speed skating. She is an Olympic gold medal winner and a multiple European and World allround champion. She became the first Czech to win two Olympic gold medals at one Winter Games in the 2010 Olympiad. Sáblíková also competes in inline speed skating and road cycling races as a part of her summer preparation for the skating season. In cycling, she focuses especially on individual time trial discipline in which Sáblíková holds multiple Czech Republic National Championships titles and belongs to world's top 15 female time-trialists. Sáblíková is the elder sister of fellow speedskater Milan Sáblík.
Šárka Strachová is a retired Czech World Cup alpine ski racer. Born in Benecko, she specializes in the slalom event. Strachová is the first alpine racer representing the Czech Republic to medal at the Winter Olympics and at the World Championships and just the second Czech alpine skier ever to medal in the Olympics.
Štěpánka Hilgertová is a former Czechoslovak-Czech slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1988 to 2017. Competing in six Summer Olympics, she won two gold medals in the K1 event, earning them in 1996 and 2000.

Eva Bosáková-Hlaváčková, née Věchtová was a Czech gymnast whose career spanned at least from the 1954 World Championships to the 1962 World Championships. Her father was also a gymnast for the Czech national team at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
Zuzana Hejnová is a Czech athlete. She competes in the 100 metres, the 100 metres hurdles, the 400 metres and the 400 metres hurdles, and also the heptathlon. She is a two-time World Champion in the 400 metres hurdles, winning in 2013 and 2015.
Jiřina Ptáčníková is a Czech pole vaulter. She won the 2012 European Athletics Championships in Helsinki and the 2014 World Indoor Championships.
Radmila Petrović is a Montenegrin handball player. Gabriela Koukalová, née Soukalová is a Czech biathlete. She won two Olympic silver medals at the 2014 Sochi Games and she is a two-time World Championship winner, gold medalist at the 2015 Kontiolahti in mixed relay and gold medalist at 2017 Hochfilzen in 7.5 km sprint. In the 2015/2016 World Cup season she was overall champion, and she has also taken six discipline Crystal Globes: the 2013/2014 individual title, the 2015/2016 sprint, pursuit and mass-start titles, and the 2016/17 sprint and mass start titles.
Ester Ledecká is a Czech snowboarder and alpine skier. At the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang Ledecká won gold medals in the super-G in alpine skiing and in the parallel giant slalom in snowboarding. She is the first person to win two gold medals at the same Winter Olympics using two different types of equipment. She is the second woman to win gold in two separate disciplines after Anfisa Reztsova, and the first woman to do so in a single Winter Olympics. She is the first Czech to win the parallel giant slalom in snowboarding at the FIS Snowboard World Cup.
Milan Brzý is a Czech former ice dancer. Early in his career, he competed for Czechoslovakia with Ivana Střondalová, placing in the top ten at the 1990 European Championships and winning the bronze medal at the 1991 Winter Universiade. Brzý teamed up with Radmila Chroboková around 1992. They represented the Czech Republic at the 1994 Winter Olympics, finishing 16th.
Radmila Beresneva is a Kazakhstani female volleyball player. She is a member of the Kazakhstan women's national volleyball team and played for Irtysh Kazchrome in 2014.
