Radwan Ghazi Moumneh is a Canadian recording engineer, producer, and musician.

Moumneh's family fled the Lebanese Civil War for the Sultanate of Oman, where he grew up, moving to Montreal in 1993. [1] [2] [3] Throughout the mid 1990s and early 2000s Moumneh recorded, and toured with, a number of Montreal-based hardcore and punk bands such as The Black Hand and IRE. [4] In 2004 Moumneh established the Hotel2Tango recording studio with Howard Bilerman, Efrim Menuck, and Thierry Amar (the later two are core members of Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra). [5] In 2005 Moumneh began performing live as Jerusalem in My Heart with a number of collaborators, a project with whom he has released two full-length records. [6] Jerusalem In My Heart also released a collaborative album with Suuns - Suuns and Jerusalem in My Heart- (whom Moumneh had previously recorded). As a recording engineer and producer Moumneh has worked with an assortment of acts including Suuns, Mashrou' Leila, ...And the Saga Continues, Matana Roberts, and Ought (band). [7]

In 2011 Ghazi Moumneh collaborated with Alexis O'Hara to create music for Montreal performance art drag duo, 2boys.tv's processional HIV/AIDS memorial Tightrope (2011-2016) which premiered at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre in Toronto. [8]

The Hotel2Tango is a 24-track analogue recording studio situated in the Mile End district of Montreal, Quebec. The current facility is the second to bear the name, and was preceded by a similar operation in the same neighborhood until 2007 when the studio changed locations. It featured members from Montreal, Toronto, and Hamilton of various other Canadian DIY bands such as Haymaker, Left for Dead, The Swarm aka Knee Deep in the Dead, Acrid, Ruination, The Black Hand, Countdown to Oblivion, At the Mercy of Inspiration, Shallow North Dakota, Crux of Aux, Quest for Fire and Burning Love.

Sun Coming Down is the second studio album by indie rock band Ought, released on 18 September 2015 by Constellation Records. The album was written and recorded over a two-month period in the Montreal studio Hotel2Tango and produced by Radwan Ghazi Moumneh. Upon release, Sun Coming Down received generally positive reviews from music critics, with praise directed to lead singer Tim Darcy's vocal delivery and the album's socially aware and emotionally sincere lyrics.
