Raglan is a community in Ontario. It is located 10 miles north of Oshawa and 35 miles northeast of Toronto. The village is famous for the country store and farm on the corner of Simcoe and Raglan Road. White Feather Farms first started in the 1960s when a former Dutch settler purchased the property. The farm is now under management by the second generation and has expanded numerous times with a new 15,000 bird barn.

Raglan is also the site of the Old Oshawa Ski Club on the current grounds of Trillium Trails Banquet Facility and TreeTop Eco-Adventure Park. Trillium Trails used to run cross country skiing on some of the old trails of the Oshawa Ski Club and signs at the new Zip-lining park, point out the property's heritage.

Snow Bunny

The Nipmuck Trail is a Blue-Blazed hiking trail "system" which meanders through 34.5 miles (55.5 km) of forests in northeast Connecticut. It is maintained by the Connecticut Forest and Park Association and is considered one of the Blue-Blazed hiking trails. There are two southern trail heads in the south of the town of Mansfield, Connecticut. The southwestern terminus is at a road shoulder parking place on Puddin Lane, and the southeastern terminus is a DEEP parking lot on North Windham Road at the southeast corner of Mansfield Hollow State Park. The northern terminus is at the north end of Breakneck Pond along the Massachusetts border in Nipmuck State Forest. Camping permits may be obtained for up to five separate locations for backpacking.

Kawartha Nordic Ski Club

The Kawartha Nordic Ski Club (KNSC) is a Nordic ski area located in North Kawartha township, Peterborough County, Ontario. It was founded in 1976 by a group of avid cross country skiers in Peterborough, Ontario. Today, it offers over 40 kilometres of both classic and skate trails, as well as 10 km of snowshoe trails through scenic, Canadian Shield wilderness. KNSC is a not-for-profit organization, governed by a volunteer board of directors, and operated by numerous volunteers. The club has received funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, in 2002, 2007, 2011, and 2014 to improve trails and purchase grooming equipment.

Devils River State Trail

The Devil's River State Trail is a 14.24-mile (22.94 km) state-designated rail trail in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Parts of the trail are under construction as of early 2010. The trail nearly parallels Interstate 43 for much of its route. The trail starts in the village park of Denmark, continuing through the village parks of both Maribel and Francis Creek, ending just north of Rockwood. The trail is scheduled to be expanded southwards to the city of Manitowoc.

Newton Blackmour State Trail

The Newton Blackmour State Trail is a crushed limestone trail in northern Outagamie County in Wisconsin. The trail spans 24 miles (39 km) on a former rail corridor. Its name is derived from the four communities the trail passes through: New London, Shiocton, Black Creek and Seymour. The trail's eastern end in Seymour connects to the Duck Creek Trail, which travels east through the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin and ends in the Village of Oneida.
