Rajbir Sherawat (born 31 October 1962) has been an Indian Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court since 10 July 2017. [1] [2]

Punjab and Haryana High Court is the common High Court for the Indian states of Punjab and Haryana and the Union Territory of Chandigarh based in Chandigarh, India. Jagannath Kaushal was an Indian National Congress politician and Law Minister in the Government of India from 1982 to 1985. He studied law at Panjab University, Lahore, in 1936 and started legal practice at Patiala in 1937. Though he was selected as the District and Sessions Judge in 1947, he resigned from the post in 1949 after the State was merged with PEPSU, and returned to legal practice.

Sudhakar Panditrao Kurdukar is a former chief justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court in January 1994. Later he became a judge of the Supreme Court of India in March 1996 and retired in January 2000. He was earlier a judge in the Bombay High Court. He was acting Governor of Punjab from July '94 to September '94.

Ranjit Singh Narula was a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, and former Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court from May 1974 to October 1977. He was the acting Governor of Punjab in September 1977. He was earlier the Governor of Haryana from March to September 1976.

Ashutosh Mohunta was an Indian judge. He was Acting Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court in 2014. He was a judge on the Punjab and Haryana High Court from 2001 to 2010, and once more from 2014 until 2015. Mohunta served on the Andhra Pradesh High Court from 2010 to 2014. He was Member of Punjab State Human Rights Commission from 2016 until his death.
