Ralph Shealy Kennedy Jr. (born October 21,1958) is an American politician. He is a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 39th District,serving from 2010 until 2017. He is a member of the Republican party. [1]

Ralph Cookerly Wilson Jr. was an American businessman and sports executive. He was best known as the founder and owner of the Buffalo Bills,a team in the National Football League (NFL). He was one of the founding owners of the American Football League (AFL),the league with which the NFL merged in 1970,and was the last of the original AFL owners to own his team. At the time of his death he was the oldest owner in the NFL,at age 95,and the third-longest tenured owner in NFL history. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2009.
Ralph Webster Yarborough was an American politician and lawyer. He was a Texas Democratic politician who served in the United States Senate from 1957 to 1971 and was a leader of the progressive wing of his party. Along with Senate Majority Leader Lyndon B. Johnson and Speaker of the House Sam Rayburn,but unlike most Southern congressmen,Yarborough refused to support the 1956 Southern Manifesto,which called for resistance to the racial integration of schools and other public places. Yarborough voted in favor of the Civil Rights Acts of 1957,1960,1964,and 1968,as well as the 24th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution,the Voting Rights Act of 1965,and the confirmation of Thurgood Marshall to the U.S. Supreme Court. Yarborough was the only senator from a state that was part of the Confederacy to vote for all five bills.

Born in the New York City borough of the Bronx,he was educated at the University of Michigan,receiving a Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics in 1955. After working for Bell Labs on the radio inertial guidance system of the Titan I intercontinental ballistic missile,he was hired by NASA in 1961. As Deputy Director of NASA's Office of Manned Space Flight,and later as head of the Apollo Spacecraft Program Office,Shea played a key role in shaping the course of the Apollo program,helping to lead NASA to the decision in favor of lunar orbit rendezvous and supporting "all up" testing of the Saturn V rocket. While sometimes causing controversy within the agency,Shea was remembered by his former colleague George Mueller as "one of the greatest systems engineers of our time".

Shea Sydney Ralph is a former collegiate basketball player and current head coach for the Vanderbilt Commodores women's basketball team. She was previously an assistant coach at UConn from 2008 to 2021. Ralph was proficient in multiple sports,set state high school records in basketball,and earned multiple national player of the year awards in high school and college. She helped win a national championship as a player at the University of Connecticut in 2000 and won numerous individual awards,including the Sports Illustrated for Women Player of the Year and the Honda Sports Award for the best collegiate female athlete in basketball. She suffered five ACL injuries in her career,two of which led to sitting out the 1997–98 season. Ralph was drafted by the WNBA Utah Starzz,but recurring knee problems prevented her from embarking on a professional career.
