Chiranjeevi is an Indian actor, film producer and former politician, who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. Chiranjeevi starred in over 150 feature films in Telugu, as well as some films in Hindi, Tamil and Kannada. In a film career spanning over four decades, he won three Andhra Pradesh State Nandi Awards, a Raghupathi Venkaiah Award, and nine Filmfare Awards South. In 2006, he was honoured with the Padma Bhushan, India's third-highest civilian award, for his contributions to Indian cinema and was presented with an honorary doctorate from Andhra University. He served as the Minister of Tourism for the Government of India from 2012 and 2014.

Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari is a 1990 Indian Telugu-language fantasy film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao, from a screenplay written by Rao and Jandhyala. Produced by C. Ashwini Dutt's Vyjayanthi Movies, the film stars Chiranjeevi and Sridevi while Amrish Puri, Kannada Prabhakar, Allu Ramalingaiah and Rami Reddy play supporting roles. The plot revolves around a man who finds a ring that gives the bearer great power, but the goddess who lost the ring seeks it back to return to her world.

Sri Manjunatha is a 2001 Indian hagiographical film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao and produced by Nara Jaya Sridevi.
