Rapsgaliwn is an S4C programme for pre-school children. It is shown on the Welsh-language children's television programming strand, Cyw . [1]
Rapsgaliwn is a rapper, who claims to be 'the best rapper in the world'. Recognised for wearing gold. He is Dona Direidi's cousin. Each episode revolves around children asking him a question and he produces a rap with the answer after doing a bit of research.
Despite being a Welsh language programme for Welsh speaking children, English subtitles are usually available with the phrases reworded in order to maintain a rhyming pattern after translation.
S4C is a Welsh language free-to-air public broadcast television channel. Launched on 1 November 1982, it was the first television channel to be aimed specifically at a Welsh-speaking audience. Coychurch Higher is a community in Bridgend County Borough, south Wales. It covers the westerly area of the county north of Pencoed and south of Ogmore Vale. The show follows the adventures of two detectives; human Prys ar Frys and Ceri the Dog-tective, who manage to solve many mysteries in the titular village. It ran for 2 series with 51 episodes from 23 December 2013 to 14 March 2016.

Until 2010 it carried a mixture of Welsh language programmes and programmes from Channel 4 which was not broadcast on analogue TV in Wales. In 2010, Channel 4 became available in Wales on all platforms and S4C became a Welsh-language-only channel.
