The Official Monster Raving Loony Party (OMRLP) is a political party established in the United Kingdom in 1982 by the musician David Sutch, also known as Screaming Lord Sutch, 3rd Earl of Harrow, or simply Lord Sutch. The 1992 United Kingdom general election was held on Thursday 9 April 1992, to elect 651 members to the House of Commons.
