Regina Holan is a former American football striker of Czech descent. She played for Portland Pilots and California Golden Bears in the NCAA, [1] Sparta Prague in the Czech First Division, and San Francisco Nighthawks in the WPSL. [2] With Sparta she took part in the UEFA Women's Cup. [3]

Married with a Greek citizen, she was a member of the Greek national team. [4]

Together with their local neighbour Slavia, Sparta dominates the national league having won 21 of the 30 titles while Slavia has won the other nine. They have taken part in UEFA competitions several times and got their best result in the 2005–06 UEFA Women's Cup when they reached the quarter-finals, losing over two legs to Djurgården.
