Remix Magazine is a quarterly fashion magazine established in November 1997 in New Zealand and now distributed around the world. The content is predominantly fashion, beauty, pop culture and entertainment conveyed through original editorial and photography. [4]

Published independently by Remix Media Ltd, Remix magazine has two titles; A New Zealand edition released throughout Australasia quarterly and an international edition released throughout the United States and Europe twice yearly. Founder and owner Tim Phin remains the publisher. The current editor is Amber Baker.

<i>The NewZealand Story</i> 1988 video game

The NewZealand Story is a platform game developed and released in arcades by Taito in 1988. The concept and setting were inspired by a holiday trip in New Zealand by one of the Taito programmers. The player controls Tiki (ティキ), a kiwi who must save his girlfriend Phee Phee (ピューピュー) and several of his other kiwi chick friends who have been kidnapped by a large blue leopard seal. While avoiding enemies, the player has to navigate a scrolling maze-like level, at the end of which they release one of Tiki's kiwi chick friends trapped in a cage. In 2007, the arcade game received a remake for the Nintendo DS under the title New Zealand Story Revolution.

Midnight Club is a series of arcade-style racing video games developed by Rockstar San Diego and published by Rockstar Games. Midnight Club is similar to the Midtown Madness series, with a focus on competitive street racing in open world urban environments. Throughout the series, players race through condensed depictions of New York City, London, Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo, San Diego, Atlanta, and Detroit.

The Dunedin sound was a style of indie pop music created in the southern New Zealand university city of Dunedin in the early 1980s.

The Okarito kiwi, also known as the rowi or Okarito brown kiwi, is a member of the kiwi family Apterygidae, described as new to science in 2003. Impossible Remixes is the fourth remix album by Australian singer and songwriter Kylie Minogue. It was released on 8 July 1998 by Mushroom Records. The album was materialized while on her Intimate and Live Tour (1998) and contains remixes from her sixth studio album Impossible Princess (1997). Originally scheduled for a 1999 release, Mushroom released Impossible Remixes in Australia in July 1998 after releasing the UK counterpart Mixes (1998) earlier than its original date.

Antonia Mary Prebble is a New Zealand actress, best known for her role as Loretta West in the hit NZ comedy-drama Outrageous Fortune, as Trudy in The Tribe, as Jane in The Blue Rose, and as Rita West, the grandmother of her character in Outrageous Fortune, on the prequel series Westside. The remix featured on Savage's second studio album and US debut, Savage Island, alongside a second remix featuring American rapper Pitbull. The song was also covered by metalcore bands Miss May I and Drop Dead, Gorgeous.

V is an American fashion magazine published since 1999. The magazine is printed seasonally and highlights trends in fashion, film, music and art. A men's fashion quarterly entitled VMAN started as an offshoot in 2003.

The Cut is a bi-monthly New Zealand golf magazine. It has become a multiple award winner since launching in August 1999 and focuses on golf features, news and columns along with lifestyle content such as fashion, travel and motoring. Recent changes have included the introduction of a challenging new tuition package. Writers include experienced broadcasters Peter Williams and Brendon Telfer, Tiger Woods’ Kiwi caddie Steve Williams and journalist Marc Hinton.

The Wairarapa Times-Age is the regional daily paper for New Zealand's Wairarapa where it is prepared, and published in Masterton. Though its roots are deep in Wairarapa's community, it joined a national combine in 2002 only to leave the combine in 2016, with its proprietors now entirely Wairarapa residents.

Jessica Roimata Clarke is a New Zealand model. She began professionally modelling at the age of 15, and by 17 had appeared on the catwalks of Milan, Paris, New York and London. Fresh to New York she was the Calvin Klein exclusive at NY fashion week SS/10 and continued to walk with the likes of Marc by Marc, Giorgio Armani, Mulberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Emilio Pucci, Lanvin, Elie Saab, Sonia Rykiel and Dolce & Gabbana. Mitch James is a New Zealand singer, songwriter and guitarist from Auckland. He is best known for his songs "Bright Blue Skies", "Sunday Morning", "No Fixed Abode", "Move On" and "21" which have featured in the Official New Zealand Music Charts. His self-titled first album debuted at No. 2 on the New Zealand chart, No. 1 on the NZ Artist Album Chart and has since been certified Platinum by Recorded Music NZ.

The New Zealand DM class Locomotives of 57 diesel-electric locomotives are a class under manufacture for New Zealand rail operator KiwiRail by Stadler Rail. The locomotives will be manufactured in Spain, and are expected to be introduced from early 2024 to 2026.
