Renata Kijowska (born December 10, 1975) is a Polish journalist and reporter of The Facts , the flagship newscast of TVN, one of Poland's major television networks.

Biography

She studied political science and journalism at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Renata Kijowska began her career in TVP, she co-operated with television newscast Kronika (TVP Kraków) . She was also a journalist of TV Puls and Radio Plus. [1]

Renata Kijowska wrote in Tygodnik Powszechny, a Polish Roman Catholic weekly magazine, focusing on social and cultural issues. [2]

Telewizja Polska S.A., also known in English as Polish Television, is a public service broadcaster in Poland, founded in 1952. It is the oldest and largest Polish television network. TVP Info is a Polish free-to-air television news channel, run by the public state broadcaster TVP. It is focused on newscasts, mainly broadcasting nationwide news bulletins. Wiadomości is a Polish daily television news program that was produced by public-service broadcaster Telewizja Polska (TVP) and was broadcast on TVP1 from 18 November 1989 until 19 December 2023. The main edition was broadcast daily at 7:30 p.m. CET. It premiered on 18 November 1989 and replaced the Dziennik Telewizyjny, which was aired during the communist era for over 31 years and was considered to be one of the communist government's mouthpiece.

<i>X Factor</i> (Polish TV series) season 2 Season of television series

The second series of Polish television music competition X Factor started on TVN on 3 March and will end in June 2012. The pre-auditions took place in December 2011 and filmed auditions began on 10 January 2012 in Zabrze. Two of the judges, Czesław Mozil and Kuba Wojewódzki returned, though Maja Sablewska had left the show after the first series. She was replaced by a new judge, Tatiana Okupnik. Jarosław Kuźniar returned to present the show.

Eska Rock is a Polish radio channel broadcast by Grupa Radiowa Time. The station plays mainly modern rock, indie rock and alternative rock, from "classic" rock songs, to the newest "hits".

X Factor is a Polish television music competition to find new singing talent. The fourth series began airing on TVN on 1 March 2014 and ended on 31 May 2014. Zofia Posmysz-Piasecka was a Polish journalist, novelist, and author. She was a resistance fighter in World War II and survived imprisonment at the Auschwitz and Ravensbrück concentration camps.
