The Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft mbH (RSA FG) is a non-profit research institution in the area of eTechnologies and Smart Media. It currently operates a network of five research units called Studios cooperating with and creating research synergies among universities in Vienna, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck.
The RSA FG undertakes applied research projects. The research and development conducted at the Research Studios Austria is based on a process of rapid prototyping and a special research approach MIR (Modular Iterative Re-framing).
The Research Studios Austria FG competes for national and European research grants and funding in research excellence. It does contract research for clients in the private and public sectors and it receives the funding for its independent research from the Austrian Federal Ministry for Science and Research.
The Research Studios Austria have been established in 2003, and were part of the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) formerly known as Austrian Research Centers (ARC) until Spring of 2008. In April 2008, the Research Studios Austria were spun out into a new company and the Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft mbH was founded.[1]

The Empress Elisabeth Railway was the name of a former railway company during the time of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Its rail network was centred on the Western Railway line from Vienna to Salzburg with a branch to Passau. The company was nationalised by the Imperial Royal Austrian State Railways in 1884.
The ICE Hockey League, known as the win2day ICE Hockey League for sponsorship reasons, is a Central European hockey league that also serves as the top-tier ice hockey league in Austria. It currently features additional teams from Hungary, Italy, and Slovenia. The league was known as the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga (EBEL) from 2003 until 2020 and as the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League during the 2021–22 season.
Wien Hauptbahnhof, Vienna Central Station or Vienna Main Station is the main railway station in Vienna, Austria, located in the Favoriten district. It became fully operational in December 2015, linking major railway lines from the north, east, south and west, and replacing the old Wien Südbahnhof terminus. With 268,000 daily commuters it is Austria's busiest long-distance railway station. Aside from being voted "Austria's most beautiful railway station", it was also second in Consumer Choice Center's ranking of "Top 10 Railway Stations for Passenger Convenience in Europe".

The Austrian Football Bundesligaof 1994–95 was organised by the Austrian Football Association (ÖFB). The Austrian First League served as a stepping stone for promotion to the 1. Bundesliga. The Regional Leagues acted as a third step on the footballing ladder, East, Central (Mitte) and West.

Linz Hauptbahnhof or Linz Central Station is a railway station in Linz, the third largest city in Austria, and capital city of the federal state of Upper Austria. Opened in 1858, the station is the centrepiece of the Linz transport hub. It forms part of the Western Railway, and is also a terminus of the Pyhrn Railway, the Summerauer Railway, and the Linzer Lokalbahn (LILO). The station is owned by the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB); train services are operated by the ÖBB and the LILO. With 40,800 passengers daily in 2018/2019, it is the busiest station in Austria outside of Vienna, and the 7th-busiest overall.
The Western Railway is a two-track, partly four-track, electrified railway line in Austria that runs from Vienna to Salzburg via St. Pölten and Linz Hauptbahnhof and is one of the major lines of Austria. It was originally opened as the Empress Elisabeth Railway in 1858 (Vienna–Linz). The line is owned and operated by Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB).
The Wittgenstein Award is an Austrian science award supporting the notion that "scientists should be guaranteed the greatest possible freedom and flexibility in the performance of their research." The prize money of up to 1.5 million euro make it the most highly endowed science award of Austria, money that is tied to research activities within the five years following the award. The Wittgenstein-Preis is named after the philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein and is conferred once per year by the Austrian Science Fund on behalf of the Austrian Ministry for Science.
The Studio Smart Agent Technologies (SAT) is part of the Research Studios Austria ForschungsgesmbH, a non-profit research organization. It aims to facilitate the transfer of academic research into commercial applications, thus implementing an innovation pipeline from universities into markets. To this end, SAT cooperates with both universities and other academic institutions, as well as innovative companies.
Peter A. Bruck is former CEO and Chief Researcher of the Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft mbH and founder of the spin-off KnowledgeFox. Bruck is also honorary President of the ICNM-International Center for New Media, Salzburg, which selects and promotes best practice in ICT applications and multimedia content nationally in Austria, at the European level and globally under auspices of the United Nations. Salzburg Research Forschungsgesellschaft mbH is an independent research and technology organisation (RTO), located in Salzburg, Austria. The organisation specializes in applied research and development in the field of information and communications technologies (ICT).
The 1999–2000 Austrian Cup was the 66th season of Austria's nationwide football cup competition. It commenced with the matches of the preliminary round in July 1999 and concluded with the Final on 16 May 2000. ACOnet is not managed and operated by ACONET, but by a unit in the Computing Centre of the University of Vienna that also operates the Vienna Internet Exchange. The University of Vienna represents ACOnet internationally, for example as a member of TERENA and as a participant in the project that funds the European backbone network GÉANT.
