Bogra,officially known as Bogura,is a city located in Bogra District,Rajshahi Division,Bangladesh. The city is a major commercial hub in Northern Bangladesh. It is the second largest city in terms of both area and population in Rajshahi Division. The Bogra bridge connects the Rajshahi Division and Rangpur Division.

This school and college operates under Bangladesh Institute of Administration and Management (BIAM) Foundation. It originally founded as Bogra Model School and College,and Tarique Rahman,son of the then Prime Minister of Bangladesh Khaleda Zia,laid the foundation stone of the organization. This educational institution is located in Nishindara area of Bogra district. The institute started its educational activities on April 24,2005 and took part in all public examinations in 2008. The institute has already achieved a lot in the public examinations within the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education,Rajshahi. The institution won the first place in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination in 2018 in terms of obtaining GPA 5 in Rajshahi Board of Education. It became the best school in Rajahahi Division in 2023. At present it is one of the best educational institutions in Bogura.
Ragebul Ahsan Ripu is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Bogra-6 constituency since February 2023. He is serving as Awami League's Bogura district unit general secretary since 2019.
