The Rhodes Lynx football team represents Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. The Lynx participate at the NCAA Division III level and are members of the Southern Athletic Association (SAA). [1] The team's head coach is Rich Duncan. [2] [3]

He later returned to the University of New Haven and served as the athletic director from 2018 to 2019.

Jeff Jagodzinski is an American football coach and former player. He was previously the offensive coordinator at Georgia State University. Jagodzinski served as he head football coach at Boston College in 2007 and 2008, leading the Eagles to a record of 20–8 and consecutive appearances in the ACC Championship Game. In 2010, he was the head coach of the United Football League's Omaha Nighthawks.

Rick Rhoades is an American football coach who has worked at the high school, college, and professional levels. He served as head football coach at the collegiate level at Troy State University from 1985 to 1987, Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1988, Nicholls State University from 1993 to 1994 and Delta State University from 2002 to 2006.

James Raymond Haygood was an American football player, coach of football, basketball, and track, and college athletics administrator. He played for Dan McGugin's first Vanderbilt Commodores football team in 1904. Haygood served as the head football coach at Henderson-Brown College—now known as Henderson State University—from 1907 to 1918 and again from 1920 to 1924, at Florida Southern College from 1925 to 1927, and at Southwestern University—now known as Rhodes College—from 1931 to 1934.

Rich Duncan is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Rhodes College, a position he has held since 2021. He was the head football coach for Aurora University from 2005 to 2011. He was the head baseball coach for the University of Wisconsin–Platteville from 1998 to 2000. He also coached for Manchester, UMass Lowell, Capital, Loras, and Berry. He played college football and baseball for Bethany (WV).

Michael E. DeGeorge is an American basketball coach who is the current head coach of the Cal Poly Mustangs. He played college basketball for the Monmouth Fighting Scots and has previously coached the Beloit Buccaneers, Lawrence Vikings, Grinnell Pioneers, Eureka Red Devils, Cornell, Rhodes Lynx and Colorado Mesa Mavericks.

Joshua "D. J." Coker is an American professional football offensive lineman for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Rhodes. He has also been a member of the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL).

The 2024 Berry Vikings football team represented Berry College as a member of the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) during the 2024 NCAA Division III football season. The Spartans, led by 12th-year head coach Tony Kunczewski, played their home games at Valhalla Stadium in Mount Berry, Georgia.
