Ricarda Bianca Berger (born 22 May 1986) is an Austrian politician of the Freedom Party. From 2017 to 2019,she was a member of the National Council. [1] From 2015 to 2017,she was a member of the Municipal Council and Landtag of Vienna. [2]

Victor Luitpold Berger was an Austrian–American socialist politician and journalist who was a founding member of the Social Democratic Party of America and its successor,the Socialist Party of America. Born in the Austrian Empire,Berger immigrated to the United States as a young man and became an important and influential socialist journalist in Wisconsin. He helped establish the so-called Sewer Socialist movement,but also sparked the American Socialist Party's nativist turn. In 1910,he was elected as the first Socialist to the U.S. House of Representatives,representing a district in Milwaukee,Wisconsin.

Vienna South,also known as Electoral District 9D,is one of the 39 multi-member regional electoral districts of the National Council,the lower house of the Austrian Parliament,the national legislature of Austria. The electoral district was created in 1992 when electoral regulations were amended to add regional electoral districts to the existing state-wide electoral districts and came into being at the following legislative election in 1994. It consists of the districts of Favoriten,Meidling and Simmering in the city-state of Vienna. The electoral district currently elects six of the 183 members of the National Council using the open party-list proportional representation electoral system. At the 2019 legislative election the constituency had 225,324 registered electors.
