Riccardo Sanavio is an Italian Dressage rider. He competed at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina and at several European Championships in the Young Riders division in 2008, 2009 and 2011. He is based in The Netherlands and has worked for former world champion Edward Gal and Hans-Peter Minderhoud. [1] [2]
The World Eventing Championships, or the eventing competition in the World Equestrian Games (WEG), began in 1966. It includes both a team and individual competition for the best horses and riders in the sport of eventing. The World Championship is held every four years, and is held at the CCI**** level, the highest level of eventing competition.
Florencio is a horse that won the 2004 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in the five-year-old division. He was the only horse to receive a mark of "10" in the 2004 competition, and he received the highest marks total ever given to a combination at the World Championship for Young Horses. The FEI Show Jumping World Cup is an annual international competition among the world’s best show jumping horses and riders. The series, created in 1978, today comprises 14 leagues on all continents. The best riders from 132 preliminary competitions qualify for the final. The FEI World Cup was thought up by a Swiss journalist and show jumping enthusiast, Max E. Ammann. For 20 years, until 1999, both the final and qualifiers were sponsored by Volvo. From 1999 to 2013, the series has been sponsored by Rolex. Longines has been the title sponsor of the series since October 2013.

Edward Gal is a Dutch dressage rider. He and the stallion Totilas, were triple gold medalists at the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games, becoming the first horse-rider partnership ever to sweep the three available dressage gold medals at a single FEI World Games. Going into the 2010 Games, they had amassed multiple world-record scores in international competition, leading one American journalist to call them "rock stars in the horse world". After the World Equestrian Games, Totilas was sold to German trainer Paul Schockemöhle. Gal continues to be successful training and competing dressage horses at the international level. Despite the success, he has been criticised to be harsh trainer who creates stressed and fearful horses.
Totilas, also known from 2006 to 2011 as Moorlands Totilas, and nicknamed "Toto", was a Dutch Warmblood stallion standing 17.1 hands high who was considered to be one of the most outstanding competitive dressage horses in the world, the first horse to score above 90 in dressage competition, and the former holder of the world record for the highest dressage score in Grand Prix Freestyle Dressage.
The FEI World Cup Dressage Final is an annual international dressage series involving the world's best dressage horses and riders. It has been held since 1985. The World Cup is run in the form of a CDI.
Tinne Eva Caroline Vilhelmson-Silfvén is a Swedish horse rider. Representing Sweden, she competed at seven Summer Olympics. She placed 4th in team dressage in 1992, and in team dressage in Beijing in 2008. Meanwhile, her current best individual Olympic placement is 8th place from 2016 Olympics.
Diederik van Silfhout is a Dutch Olympic dressage rider. Representing the Netherlands, he competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics where he placed 4th in the team and 11th in the individual competitions.

He competed at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington 2010 where he became 9th individually, which is the highest rank for an Australian dressage rider during the World Championships. In 2018 he represented Australia as well during the World Equestrian Games in Tryon. In 2010 he qualified for the World Cup Finals in 's-Hertogenbosch and finished 10th.
Marieke van der Putten is a Dutch dressage rider. She competed at the 2022 FEI World Championships in Herning, where she placed 31st in the individual dressage competition, and 5th with the Dutch team. In 2023 Van der Putten competed in the World Cup Finals in Omaha, Nebraska, finishing 8th in the Grand Prix. Van der Putten competed at several World Championships for Young Dressage Horses and World Cup qualifiers.
