Bob Jones University (BJU) is a private, non-denominational evangelical university in Greenville, South Carolina, United States, known for its conservative cultural and religious positions. The college, with approximately 2,500 students, is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) and the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. He and his bandmates started Anberlin in 2002, after the demise of their previous group, known as SaGoh 24/7. In 1999, he was convicted of securities fraud and money laundering at the Stratton Oakmont brokerage, for which he served 39 months in prison. The character of Donnie Azoff portrayed by Jonah Hill in the 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street was loosely based on Porush, although Porush described the portrayal as inaccurate. After prison, Porush became involved with a Florida-based medical supply company, Med-Care, which was the subject of federal investigations.
Arthur Edward Steele was an American minister of the Bible Presbyterian Church and a Christian educator who served as president of Shelton College and then founded Clearwater Christian College.
