The World Organization of the Scout Movement is the largest international Scouting organization. WOSM has 172 members. These members are recognized national Scout organizations, which collectively have over 50 million participants. WOSM was established in 1922, and has its operational headquarters at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and its legal seat in Geneva, Switzerland. It is the counterpart of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).
Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Holdings, Inc. ("Dreyers"), is an American ice cream company, founded in 1928 in Oakland, California, where its present-day headquarters office remains. The company's two signature brands, Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and Edy's Grand Ice Cream, are named after its founders, William Dreyer and Joseph Edy. Colonel John Skinner "Belge" Wilson (1888–1969) was a Scottish scouting luminary and friend and contemporary of General Baden-Powell, recruited by him to head the International Bureau, later to become the World Bureau of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Wilson was acting director from 1938 to 1939 following the death of Hubert S. Martin; he was elected in 1939 and remained in office until 1951. He then became Honorary President of WOSM for four years.
John Frederick Colquhoun, CBE, nicknamed "Koko", was a long-serving headquarters official of The Boy Scouts Association of the United Kingdom and served on the World Scout Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement from 1959 to 1965.

João Armando Pereira Gonçalves, ComIH of Figueira da Foz, Portugal is the former chairperson of the World Scout Committee, the main executive body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. He was a member of the European Scout Committee for a period of six years, elected in 2004 and again in 2007, and was elected to the World Scout Committee at the 39th World Scout Conference in Brazil in January 2011. He was re-elected to the committee at the 40th World Scout Conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2014.
Daniel Gil Ownby is an American energy professional. In 2020, Ownby was elected to a two-year term as National Chair for the Boy Scouts of America, the highest volunteer position in the Scout Organization. Previously, he served as International Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America. He also was a member of the Executive Committee of the Boy Scouts of America and headed the United States Fund for International Scouting (USFIS). He is known as an advocate for youth leadership and a life-long volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
Takemichi Toby Suzuki, a former elected member of the World Scout Committee from 1999 to 2005, served as the former Chairman of the Information and Communications Technology subcommittee of the Asia-Pacific Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement from 1995 to 1998, former member of the National Executive Council and the National Board of the Scout Association of Japan from 1993 to 2007.
Count Yorihiro Matsudaira, Riji of Hongō Gakue, who was the descendant of the feudal lord of the former Takamatsu Domain, served as the International Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of Japan as well as president of the Kagawa Scout Council. He was one of the original founders of Japanese Scouting in 1922.
The Silver Wolf is the highest award made by Swedish Scouting, to active leaders at the national level for exceptionally meritorious work. The award consists of a stylized silver wolf with a fleur-de-lis with the words "Scouterna", suspended from a turquoise neck ribbon. The Silver Wolf will be distributed by someone who already holds the award.
