Rickey D'Shon Collins (born January 17, 1983) [1] is an American actor, most notable for providing the voice of Vince LaSalle in Disney's Recess . He also voiced Tucker Foley in the Nickelodeon animated series Danny Phantom .
He has done voice overs for other television shows such as Static Shock and Justice League . He also voiced Vince LaSalle in the Recess film Recess: School's Out . In 2006, he reprised his role as Vince LaSalle once again, in a special crossover episode of Lilo & Stitch: The Series . He is best known as the associate producer in the 2009 comedy short Brotherlee and the writer in the 2011 thriller short Undiagnosed. He voiced a penguin in Happy Feet .
Collins has made guest appearances on live action television series, including as Eric Burton in Star Trek: The Next Generation , Blossom , Grace Under Fire , In the House , Roc , The Practice , and Without a Trace .

Danny Phantom is an American animated superhero action adventure television series created by Butch Hartman for Nickelodeon. The series premiered on April 3, 2004, immediately after the 2004 Kids' Choice Awards, and ended on August 24, 2007. The series follows Danny Fenton, a teenage boy who, after an accident with an unpredictable portal between the human world and the "Ghost Zone", becomes a human-ghost hybrid and takes on the task of saving his town from subsequent ghost attacks using an evolving variety of supernatural powers. Danny is aided in his quest by his two best friends, Sam Manson and Tucker Foley, and later by his older sister Jazz, who for most of the series' run are among the only people who know of his double life.

He is best known for creating the animated television series The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy, and Bunsen Is a Beast for Nickelodeon. He founded the company, Billionfold Inc. in 2003, to produce the shows. Hartman was an executive producer on The Fairly OddParents for the entirety of its 16-year run.

T.U.F.F. Puppy is Hartman's third animated show for Nickelodeon, after The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom and also before Bunsen Is a Beast. The show was cancelled after 3 seasons and aired its final episode on April 4, 2015.
